खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री सुमित गोदारा ने मंगलवार को विधानसभा में कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा की सबका साथ-सबका विकास की मंशा को साकार करने की दिशा में इस वर्ष के बजट में राशन डीलरों के कमीशन में 10 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की गई है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा राशन डीलरों को पूर्व में मिलने वाले 137 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल के स्थान पर अब 150.70 रूपये प्रति क्विंटल की दर से कमीशन दिया जाएगा। खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री प्रश्नकाल के दौरान इस संबंध में सदस्य द्वारा पूछे गये पूरक प्रश्नों का जवाब दे रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार को विधानसभा क्षेत्र आसींद में 7 नयी उचित मूल्य की दुकानें खोलने के प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए है। इनके अतिरिक्त अन्य स्थान पर उचित मूल्य की दुकान खोलने का प्रस्ताव प्राप्त होने पर परीक्षण करवाकर आवश्यकता एवं मांग के आधार पर उचित निर्णय लिया जाएगा।
इससे पहले विधायक जब्बर सिंह सांखला के मूल प्रश्न के लिखित जवाब में खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति ने बताया कि वर्तमान में उचित मूल्य दुकानदारों को मानदेय दिये जाने का कोई प्रस्ताव विचाराधीन नही है। उन्होंने बताया कि उचित मूल्य दुकानदार को आंवटित मात्रा के विरूद्ध उसके द्वारा वितरित मात्रा के आधार पर कमीशन का भुगतान किया जाता है। श्री गोदारा ने जानकारी दी कि 7 अप्रैल, 2010 एवं 26 दिसंबर, 2019 के विभागीय निर्देश द्वारा राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के अन्तर्गत चयनित 500 राशन कार्डो अथवा 2 हजार यूनिट पर नवीन उचित मूल्य दुकान खोले जाने के मापदण्ड निर्धारित है। यह एक सतत् प्रक्रिया है।
