कोटपूतली-बहरोड़ जिले का पहला जिला स्तरीय गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह पहली बार राजकीय एलबीएस पीजी कॉलेज के खेल मैदान में आयोजित हुआ। कलेक्टर श्रीमती कल्पना अग्रवाल ने ध्वजारोहण कर मार्च पास्ट की सलामी ली और संविधान पर प्रकाश डालते हुए विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से अवगत कराया। कार्यक्रम में संयुक्त परेड़, सामूहिक व्यायाम प्रदर्शन और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम हुए। परेड में पुलिस, स्काउट, आरएसी, एनसीसी नेवल और कैडेट्स शामिल हुए। एडीएम योगेश कुमार डागुर ने राज्यपाल का संदेश पढ़ा। कार्यक्रम में अतिथि के रुप क्षेत्रीय विधायक हंसराज पटेल, पुलिस अधीक्षक रंजीता शर्मा, एएसपी नेम सिंह, एसडीएम मुकुट सिंह, तहसीलदार सौरभ गुर्जर, नगर परिषद सभापति पुष्पा सैनी, आयुक्त फतेहसिंह मीणा, डीटीओ सुनील कुमार सैनी, डीएसओ बनवारीलाल सहित अनेक अधिकारी-कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।
उत्कृष्ट कार्य के बदले हुआ सम्मान
समारोह में अतिथियों के हाथों उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाले अधिकारियों-कर्मचारियों व शहीदों के परिजनों को सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में छात्रा खुशबू यादव हमाजपुर बहरोड़, चारु यादव पावटा, स्केटिंग छात्र हिमांशु सैनी कोटपूतली, पर्वतारोही विजेन्द्र कुमार सैनी, साहित्यकार रामानंद राठी, रोटी बैंक संचालक आरसी यादव, युवा जागृति संस्थान बानसूर, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता दीपसिंह शेखावत, एसडीएम मुकुट सिंह, कोषाधिकारी रामेश्वर शर्मा, जिला कलेक्टर के निजी सहायक रामचंद्र गुर्जर, सूचना सहायक सतीश सैनी, वरिष्ठ सहायक दिनेशचंद धनखड़, एएनएम बलकेश यादव नीमराना, एसपी कार्यालय के वरिष्ठ सहायक मनीष कुमार शर्मा, पशु चिकित्सा सहायक रामेश्वर यादव, पुलिस सहयोगी श्रीराम यादव, एडवोकेट जितेंद्र कुमार रावत, डा.राकेश शर्मा, अमित यादव, रोहिताश सिंह ताखर, एबीडीओ रुपेंद्र कुमार आर्य, स्काउट प्रधान मनोज चौधरी, एसीपी रोशनलाल धोबी, आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता माया दायमा, सहायक प्रोग्रामर मनोज कुमार जाट, कनिष्ठ सहायक सुनील शर्मा, जेईएन अनिल कुमार जोनवाल, अध्यापक डा.अनिल कुमार, वीडीओ प्रकाश गुर्जर, वरिष्ठ अध्यापक मोहनलाल सैनी, प्रधानाचार्य दीपक कुमार, डा.मंजू मौर्य समेत कुल 33 लोगों को प्रशस्ति पत्र व प्रतीक चिन्ह प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया।
अव्यवस्थाएं हावी, आमजन रहा दूर
यहां भले ही पहली बार जिला स्तरीय गणतंत्र दिवस मनाया गया हो, लेकिन इसे लेकर आमजन में न तो कोई उत्साह नजर आया और न ही कार्यक्रम में भागीदारी रही। इसके लिए प्रशासनिक स्तर पर कोई प्रयास भी नहीं किया गया। पूरा कार्यक्रम प्रशासन के ईर्द-गिर्द सिमट कर रह गया। जनप्रतिनिधियों की संख्या भी नगण्य रही। पूरे कार्यक्रम में अव्यवस्था छाई रही। जिला स्तरीय समारोह के नाम पर सिर्फ खानापूर्ति की गई। समारोह में सिर्फ स्कूली बच्चे और उनके टीचर्स व गिने-चुने विभागों के कुछ कार्मिक ही नजर आए। अव्यवस्थाओं की बात करें तो एक बानगी तो ऐसा लगा कि यह कोई जिला स्तरीय गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह नहीं, बल्कि किसी स्कूल का वार्षिकोत्सव हो। जहां पर अनुशासन और व्यवस्थाएं फेल होती नजर आ रही थी।
