गौ-सेवार्थ सुंदरकांड समिति की ओर से शहर के श्री जयसिंह गौशाला में चारे के लिए रविवार को 51 हजार रुपए की राशि भेंट की गई। इस मौके पर कार्यकर्ताओं ने गायों को हरी सब्जियां खिलाकर उनकी सेवा भी की। कार्यक्रम में समिति के अध्यक्ष रजत जिंदल ने कहा कि गौ माता धर्म की धुरी है और गौ माता के बिना धर्म की कल्पना नहीं की जा सकती। उन्होंने अन्य लोगों को भी अपने सामथ्र्य के अनुसार गौसेवा के लिए अधिकाधिक दान देने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि गौ माता के दर्शन से ही सभी देवी देवताओं के दर्शन हो जाते हैं और गौ माता को चारा खिलाने मात्र से ही तैतीस कोटि देवी-देवताओं के भोग लग जाता है। जिंदल ने बताया कि समिति की ओर से गौशाला के कोषाध्यक्ष सुरेन्द्र गुप्ता तथा पार्षद मनोज गौड को चारे के लिए 51 हजार रुपए की राशि भेंटकर कार्यकर्ताओं ने गायों की सेवा भी की। इस दौरान संरक्षक सीताराम अग्रवाल, दिनेश शर्मा, रमेश स्वाईका, संयोजक जितेन्द्र जोशी, उपाध्यक्ष विश्वनाथ सोनी, प्रवक्ता विनोद जोशी, गिरीश गुप्ता, प्रदीप जिंदल, मनोज गुप्ता, अभिषेक चतुर्वेदी, कमल शर्मा समेत अनेक कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे।
