सरुंड थाना पुलिस ने आबकारी अधिनियम के मामले में फरार चल रहे आरोपी संदीप मीणा को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी सरुंड थाने के टॉप-10 वांछित अपराधियों की सूची में शामिल था। एसपी राजन दुष्यंत ने बताया कि एएसपी वैभव शर्मा और डीएसपी राजेंद्र कुमार बुरडक के निर्देशन में वांछित अपराधियों की धरपकड़ को लेकर विशेष अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। इसी क्रम में थानाधिकारी बाबूलाल मीणा के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम का गठन किया गया। जानकारी के अनुसार, आरोपी घटना के बाद से लगातार फरार था और महाराष्ट्र में ट्रक चलाकर पहचान छिपाए हुए था। पुलिस को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि आरोपी कोरवी के पास तन सरुंड क्षेत्र में देखा गया है। जैसे ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची, आरोपी बावर्दी पुलिस को देखकर भागने लगा। मगर पुलिस टीम ने घेराबंदी कर संदीप कुमार मीणा पुत्र रामावतार मीणा निवासी भोजावास को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
