जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी मंत्री कन्हैयालाल चौधरी ने बताया कि गर्मी के मौसम में प्रदेश के किसी भी हिस्से में लोगों को पेयजल से संबंधित कोई परेशानी नहीं हो, इसके लिए शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पेयजल आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभी जिलों में आकस्मिक कार्यों के लिए 1 करोड़ रुपये की राशि खर्च करने की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। इसके तहत जिला कलक्टर्स की अनुशंषा पर सम्बंधित क्षेत्र के अतिरिक्त मुख्य अभियंता अपने अधीन आने वाले जिलों में 1 करोड़ रुपये तक की सीमा में पेयजल व्यवस्था से सम्बंधित आवश्यक कार्य करा सकेंगे। जलदाय मंत्री ने बताया कि प्रत्येक जिले के लिए स्वीकृत धनराशि का उपयोग विभागीय नियमों और प्रावधानों का पालन करते हुए अधिकतम उपभोक्ताओं को लाभांवित करने के उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए किया जाएगा। अधिकारियों को स्वीकृत किए जाने वाले कार्यों को एक निश्चित समयावधि में पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं जिससे गर्मी के मौसम में प्रभावित उपभोक्ताओं को राहत प्रदान की जा सके। सभी जिलों में 1 करोड़ रुपये की सीमा में ही खर्च की अनुमति होगी, अगर किसी स्थान इस सीमा के बाहर व्यय की आकस्मिक जरूरत होगी तो सक्षम स्तर से इस बारे में विचार करते हुए निर्णय लिया जाएगा।
अतिरिक्त वाहन एवं संविदा श्रमिकों की स्वीकृति
जलदाय मंत्री ने बताया कि गर्मी के सीजन में पेयजल आपूर्ति की मॉनिटरिंग के लिए 110 नियमित वाहन के अलावा 01 मार्च से 31 मार्च 2025 के लिए 100 एवं आगामी 1 अप्रेल से 30 अप्रेल तक के लिए 400 अतिरिक्त वाहनों एवं आगामी 01 मई से 31 जुलाई तक 450 किराये के वाहनों के उपयोग की भी स्वीकृति जारी की गई है। स्वीकृत किये गए इन वाहनों का उपयोग हैंडपम्प मरम्मत अभियान और समर कंटीजेंसी कार्यों के साथ पेयजल परियोजनाओं तथा जलापूर्ति से सम्बंधित कार्यों की निगरानी के लिए भी किया जाएगा। हैंडपम्प मरम्मत अभियान तथा जलापूर्ति से सम्बंधित कार्यों के लिए विभाग में आगामी 1 अप्रेल से 30 अप्रेल तक के लिए 2 हजार संविदा श्रमिक एवं आगामी 01 मई से 31 जुलाई तक 2 हजार 500 संविदा श्रमिक सहित मार्च 2025 में भी 500 संविदा श्रमिकों की स्वीकृति जारी की गई है।
144 करोड़ रुपए से होंगे ग्रीष्मकालीन संवर्धन कार्य
जलदाय मंत्री ने बताया कि सभी जिलों के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ग्रीष्म कालीन संर्वधन कार्यों के तहत अति आवश्यक पेयजल व्यवस्था के लिए कुल 144 करोड़ रूपये की स्वीकृति जारी की गई है जिससे लगभग 1200 छोटे-छोटे कार्यों की स्वीकृति जारी की गई है। इस राशि के कार्यों के तहत जैसे नलकूप गहरे करना, खराब पम्पसेट, केबल, जीआई पाईप, पेनल स्टार्टर, वाल्व आदि बदलने के कार्य कर खराब पेयजल स्रोतों को दुरूस्त किया जााएगा तथा समस्या ग्रस्त क्षेत्र में पेयजल समाधान होगा।
पेयजल संकट वाले जिलों में चलेंगे टैंकर
प्रदेश के पेयजल संकट वाले स्थानों पर आमजन को तुरन्त राहत देने के लिए सभी जिलों में टैंकर के माध्यम से पेयजल परिवहन किया जाएगा। इसके लिए माह अप्रैल से जुलाई 2025 तक की अवधि के लिए 82.37 करोड़ रूपये की स्वीकृति जारी कर दी गई है।
