‘राइजिंग राजस्थान— 2024’ के सफल आयोजन की तैयारियों को लेकर स्वायत्त शासन विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव राजेश यादव ने बुधवार को नगरीय विकास विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव वैभव गालरिया की उपस्थिति में शासन सचिवालय में समीक्षा बैठक ली। बैठक में उन्होंने जयपुर शहर की स्वच्छता, सौंदर्यीकरण, कानून व्यवस्था, और यातायात प्रबंधन को लेकर सख्त निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को समयबद्धता के साथ काम करने और सभी तैयारियों को शीघ्रता से पूरा करने पर जोर दिया। बैठक में सभी अधिकारियों ने अपनी-अपनी तैयारियों की प्रगति की जानकारी दी। प्रमुख शासन सचिव ने प्रत्येक विभाग के कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक सुधारों के निर्देश दिए।
शहर की स्वच्छता और सौंदर्यीकरण पर विशेष जोर
यादव ने स्वच्छता अभियान को ‘राइजिंग राजस्थान 2024’ की प्राथमिकता बताते हुए नगर निगम तथा जेडीए को निर्देशित किया कि वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में नियमित रूप से सफाई अभियान चलाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि सार्वजनिक स्थानों जैसे बाजार, बस स्टैंड, रेलवे स्टेशन, फुटपाथ और पर्यटक स्थलों को विशेष रूप से स्वच्छ और व्यवस्थित बनाया जाए। शहरों की सुंदरता बढ़ाने के लिए उन्होंने दीवारों पर आकर्षक चित्रकारी, सड़कों के किनारे हरियाली और प्रमुख चौकों को रोशनी और सजावट से सुसज्जित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि लापरवाही बरतने वाले अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

राजेश यादव ने पुलिस विभाग को शहर में कानून व्यवस्था और शांति बनाए रखने के लिए प्रभावी कदम उठाने को कहा। उन्होंने ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को सुधारने पर विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि ‘राइजिंग राजस्थान— 2024’ के दौरान आने वाले मेहमानों और प्रतिभागियों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो, उन्होंने यातायात नियंत्रण, पार्किंग व्यवस्था और सड़कों पर सुचारु आवाजाही के लिए विशेष योजना तैयार करने को कहा।

प्रमुख सचिव ने सभी विभागों के अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘राइजिंग राजस्थान— 2024’ राजस्थान की प्रगति और विकास को प्रदर्शित करने का एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसर है। इसके लिए हर विभाग को अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन पूरी निष्ठा और प्रतिबद्धता के साथ करना होगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से आग्रह किया कि वे जनता को भी इन तैयारियों में शामिल करें ताकि एक सामूहिक प्रयास से राज्य की छवि और अधिक उज्ज्वल हो सके।
अतिथियों के स्वागत-सत्कार में ना हो कोई कमी
यादव ने कहा कि राजस्थान अपने आतिथ्य-सत्कार के लिए पूरे देश में जाना जाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि समिट में भाग लेने के लिए आने वाले ब्रांड एम्बेसेडर, निवेशकों एवं अन्य अतिथियों को सरल एवं सहज सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी जाए। उन्होंने उद्घाटन सत्र के दौरान आयोजित होने वाली गतिविधियों, अतिथियों की बैठक व्यवस्था तथा अन्य तैयारियों के विषय में जानकारी लेते हुए अधिकारियों को तैयारियों को अन्तिम रूप देने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में आयुक्त, जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण,जयपुर पुलिस आयुक्त, आयुक्त, नगर निगम, ग्रेटर,आयुक्त, नगर निगम, हेरिटेज, आयुक्त, राजस्थान आवासन मण्डल,अतिरिक्त आयुक्त, यातायात पुलिस,निदेशक, स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, मुख्य वन संरक्षक, जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण,शासन उप सचिव, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्यिक विभाग, सलाहकार, रीको विभाग, और अन्य संबंधित विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। राजेश यादव ने विश्वास जताया कि समर्पित प्रयासों और सही योजना के साथ ‘राइजिंग राजस्थान 2024’ का आयोजन न केवल राज्य के नागरिकों को गर्व महसूस कराएगा बल्कि देश और विदेश से आने वाले मेहमानों पर भी एक सकारात्मक प्रभाव छोड़ेगा।
