JAIPUR: उपभोक्ता आयोगों में अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों के चयन के लिए पहली बार होगी लिखित परीक्षा

उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग मंत्री सुमित गोदारा ने कहा है कि उपभोक्ता संरक्षण के साथ कंज्यूमर केयर की अवधारणा को मूर्त्त रूप दिये जाने के क्रम में राज्य में उपभोक्ता विषयक विभिन्न नवाचारों के साथ उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के अन्तर्गत उपभोक्ता आयोगों में होने वाली भर्तियों में पहली बार लिखित परीक्षा का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के बाद चयनित अध्यक्ष और सदस्य के विषयविज्ञ-दक्ष होने के साथ न्यायिक प्रक्रिया एवं कार्यात्मक क्षमता में न केवल अपेक्षाकृत वृद्धि होगी बल्कि समयबद्ध न्याय सुलभ होगा और उपभोक्ता आन्दोलन सुदृढ़ होगा।

गोदारा ने लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार के संबंध में कहा कि राज्य के सभी उपभोक्ता आयोगों में आगामी मार्च तक रिक्त होने वाले सभी पदों को सम्मिलित कर लिया गया है। इसके अन्तर्गत विभिन्न पदों में राज्य आयोग सदस्यों के 7 पद, जिला आयोग में अध्यक्ष के 21 और सदस्यों 59 पदों पर नियुक्ति हेतु 26 नवम्बर  से उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग द्वारा आवेदन आमंत्रित किये गये हैं, जिसकी अन्तिम तिथि  16 दिसम्बर निर्धारित है। चयन प्रक्रिया आगामी फरवरी तक पूर्ण कर ली जाएगी।

प्रमुख सचिव, उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग, सुबीर कुमार ने बताया कि लिखित परीक्षा में दो प्रश्न पत्र होंगे, एक प्रश्नात्मक एवं एक वर्णनात्मक। जिसमें उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, विधिक मापविज्ञान अधिनियम, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, प्रतिस्पर्धा अधिनियम एवं अन्य से संबंधित प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे। विस्तृत जानकारी  उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग की वेबसाइट https://consumeraffairs.rajasthan.gov.in/ पर देखी जा सकती है।
