मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा की पहल पर प्रदेशभर में राज्य सरकार की प्रथम वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर शुरू किए गए मुख्यमंत्री आयुष्मान आरोग्य शिविरों का आमजन भरपूर लाभ ले रहे हैं। चिकित्सा मंत्री श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह खींवसर के मार्गदर्शन में 15 दिसम्बर से आयोजित किए जा रहे इन शिविरों में मात्र 5 आयोजन दिवस में अब तक 5 लाख 47 हजार से अधिक लोगों ने भाग लेकर स्वास्थ्य जांच, उपचार एवं परामर्श लिया है। अभियान के तहत प्रथम चरण में सभी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र एवं सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र स्तर पर विशेष स्वास्थ्य जांच व उपचार के सत्र आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।

करीब 2 लाख की कैंसर स्क्रीनिंग, 3 हजार संभावित रोगी मिले—

चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य विभाग की प्रमुख शासन सचिव श्रीमती गायत्री राठौड़ ने बताया कि अब तक 1402 शिविर आयोजित किए गए हैं। इनमें 2 लाख 21 हजार से अधिक व्यक्तियों की डायबिटीज और ब्लड प्रेशर स्क्रीनिंग, 1 लाख 23 हजार से अधिक व्यक्तियों की ओरल, 54 हजार की ब्रेस्ट एवं 25 हजार से अधिक की सर्वाइकल कैंसर स्क्रीनिंग की गई है। स्क्रीनिंग में 3 हजार से अधिक व्यक्तियों में कैंसर रोग की संभावना पाई गई है। इसी प्रकार करीब 63 हजार की ईएनटी जांच की गई एवं 20 हजार से अधिक महिलाओं की प्रसव पूर्व जांच की गई। करीब 39 हजार व्यक्तियों की टीबी जांच की गई, जिनमें से 529 टीबी पॉजिटिव पाए गए। शिविर में लगभग 4 लाख 42 ​हजार रोगियों को नि:शुल्क दवा योजना से लाभान्वित किया गया।

3 लाख 20 हजार का एलोपैथी से उपचार—

श्रीमती राठौड़ ने बताया कि शिविरों के दौरान 3 लाख 20 हजार लोगों को एलोपैथी पद्धति से एवं 83 हजार से अधिक को आयुष पद्धति से उपचारित किया गया। करीब 10 हजार को टेलीकंसलटेशन के माध्यम से विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों द्वारा परामर्श दिया गया। साथ ही, 850 रोगियों को एम्बुलेंस के माध्यम से उच्च चिकित्सा संस्थानों में उपचार हेतु भेजा गया। करीब 11 हजार लोगों को उपचार के लिए रेफरल शिविर हेतु रेफर किया गया। शिविर में अब तक 50 हजार लोगों की आभा आईडी बनाई गई। इसी प्रकार मोबाइल फूड टेस्टिंग लैब के माध्यम से 966 सैम्पल जांच हेतु लिए गए और 100 फूड लाइसेंस जारी किए गए।

31 जनवरी तक 3463 शिविर आयोजित होंगे—

निदेशक जनस्वास्थ्य डॉ. रवि प्रकाश माथुर ने बताया कि आयोजित किए जा रहे शिविरों के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के आमजन को सामान्य बीमारियों की जांच-उपचार सेवाओं सहित कैंसर, टीबी जैसे घातक रोगों की हैल्थ स्क्रीनिंग, काउंसलिंग व आवश्यकतानुसार रेफरल सेवाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जा रही हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इस अभियान के तहत 31 जनवरी 2025 तक प्रदेशभर में कुल 3463 शिविर आयोजित करना निर्धारित है, जिनमें पीएचसी, सीएचसी स्तर पर कुल 3061 शिविर, 352 पंचायत समिति मुख्यालय पर और शेष 50 शिविर जिला चिकित्सालयों में रेफरल शिविर के रूप में आयोजित किए जाएंगे।

37 प्रकार की जांचें उपलब्ध—

अतिरिक्त निदेशक अस्पताल प्रशासन डॉ. सुशील परमार ने बताया कि आरोग्य शिविरों में 37 प्रकार की स्वास्थ्य जांचों और जिला चिकित्सालय स्तर पर उपलब्ध दवाइयां, आवश्यक सर्जरी वाले रोगियों के लिए एम्बूलेंस के माध्यम से रेफर सेवाएं, दिव्यांगजनों को यूडीआईडी कार्ड बनाने के साथ ही टेलीकंसलटेंसी के माध्यम से विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों के द्वारा उपचार-परामर्श इत्यादि सेवाएं निःशुल्क उपलब्ध करवाई जा रही हैं। स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित योजनाओं एवं कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी प्रदान की जा रही है। साथ ही, आमजन को शुद्ध खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध करवाने की दृष्टि से मौके पर ही मोबाइल फूड टेस्टिंग लैब के माध्यम से खाद्य पदार्थों की जांच की जा रही है तथा रजिस्टेशन एवं लाइसेंस आदि कार्य किए जा रहे हैं।
