वन,पर्यावरण एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग की अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव अपर्णा अरोरा ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के ‘एक पेड़ माँ के नाम’अभियान से प्रेरणा लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने प्रदेश में ‘हरियालों राजस्थान’अभियान की शुरुआत की है, जिसका उद्देश्य राज्य को हरित, स्वच्छ और जलवायु अनुकूल बनाना है। उन्होंने बताया कि अभियान के अंतर्गत इस वित्तीय वर्ष में 10 करोड़ पौधे लगाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। अरोरा बुधवार को शासन सचिवालय में ‘हरियालों राजस्थान’के तहत इस वर्ष किये जाने वाले वृक्षारोपण के कार्यों की तैयारियों के सम्बन्ध में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रही थी। उन्होंने सभी संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए कि वर्षा ऋतु से पूर्व सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां पूर्ण कर ली जाएं,ताकि वृक्षारोपण के कार्य समयबद्ध एवं सफलता पूर्वक संपन्न हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि पौधारोपण को केवल एक लक्ष्य की पूर्ति न मानते हुए, प्रत्येक पौधे को वृक्ष बनने तक संरक्षण देने की जिम्मेदारी के साथ काम करें।

जियो-टैगिंग से सुनिश्चित होगी निगरानी

उन्होंने कहा कि ‘हरियालो राजस्थान’मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से लगाए गए प्रत्येक पौधे की जियो-टैगिंग की जाएगी,जिससे उनकी निगरानी और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सकेगी। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि संबंधित विभागों के नोडल अधिकारी समय रहते इस एप्लिकेशन का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करें।

वन विभाग की अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि इस अभियान को नवाचार, आधुनिक तकनीकों और जनसहभागिता के माध्यम से जनांदोलन बनाया जाए। नदियों के किनारों, औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में अपशिष्ट जल के आसपास, विद्यालयों, अस्पतालों तथा नगरीय क्षेत्रों में वृक्षारोपण को प्राथमिकता दी जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्रवार जलवायु और मिट्टी की अनुकूलता को ध्यान में रखते हुए जीवित रहने की अधिक संभावना वाले पौधों का चयन किया जाए। साथ ही, पौधों की उपलब्धता समय पर सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नर्सरियों को भी अग्रिम रूप से तैयार किया जाए। बैठक में बताया गया कि इस अभियान को जनसामान्य से जोड़ते हुए सामाजिक संगठनों, शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं और स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, ताकि यह महज एक सरकारी कार्यक्रम न रहकर जनांदोलन बने। बैठक में ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज, स्वायत्त शासन, कृषि एवं उद्यानिकी, शिक्षा, सार्वजनिक निर्माण,चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य, राजस्व, खान,पुलिस, सेना, उद्योग,वन, एनएचएआई, जल ग्रहण विकास एवं भू-संरक्षण विभाग एवं अन्य संबंधित विभागों के नोडल अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
