राज्य में 97 स्थानों पर निगम के भण्ड़ारगृह कार्यरत

कृषि एवं उद्यानिकी विभाग के शासन सचिव व अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक राजस्थान राज्य भण्ड़ार व्यवस्था निगम राजन विशान ने राज्य भण्ड़ारगृह, 22 गोदाम जयपुर, राज्य भण्ड़ारगृह और केन्द्रीय भण्ड़ारण निगम चौमू का निरीक्षण कर भण्ड़ारगृहों की व्यवस्थाओं व रख-रखाव का जायजा लिया। शासन सचिव ने निरीक्षण के दौरान भण्ड़ारगृहों के सुचारू संचालन के लिए निगम अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने गोदामों में जमा खाद्यान्न एवं अन्य जिन्सों की सुरक्षा हेतु लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरा द्वारा की जा रही मॉनिटरिंग और ड्यूटी पर तैनात सुरक्षा कर्मियों के बारे में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने गोदामों में आवश्यक मरम्मत कार्य को शीघ्रता से पूर्ण कराने, भण्ड़ारगृहों की उपयोगिता बढ़ाने और इनकी भण्ड़ारगृहों की साफ-सफाई रखने के निर्देश दिये।
राजन विशाल ने केन्द्रीय भण्ड़ारगृह चौमू में पौधारोपण कर भण्ड़ारगृह के कार्मिकों को पर्यावरण हित में अधिक से अधिक पौधे लगाने के लिए कहा। उन्होंने बताया कि किसानों द्वारा अपनी कृषि उपज सरसों, सोयाबीन, गेहूं, ग्वार, धनियां, जीरा, मैथी, अलसी, तारामीरा, तिल, ईसबगोल निगम के भण्ड़ारगृहों में जमा कराने पर उसके बाजारी मूल्य की 75 प्रतिशत राशि तक का बैंकों द्वारा ऋण दिए जाने का प्रावधान है। उल्लेखनीय है कि भण्ड़ारगृहों पर खाद्यान्न, दलहन, तिलहन, मसालें, खाद, बीज, कपास, सीमेन्ट, कागज, कॉपर, एल्यूमीनीयम, लोहा व औद्योगिक उत्पादों का वैज्ञानिक भण्ड़ारण किया जाता है। भण्ड़ारगृहों पर स्टॉक जमा कराने पर सहकारी संस्थाओं को 10 प्रतिशत, सामान्य श्रेणी के किसानों को 60 प्रतिशत एवं अनुसूचित जाति व अनुसूचित जनजाति के किसानों को 70 प्रतिशत संग्रहण शुल्क में छूट भी प्रदान की जाती है।
निगम द्वारा अपने समस्त केन्द्रों पर कम्प्यूटराइजेशन किया जा चुका है किसानों व व्यापारियों को विपणन की आधुनिकतम सुविधाऐं उपलब्ध होगी। राज्य में कुल 39 जिलों में 97 स्थानों पर निगम के भण्ड़ारगृह कार्यरत है, जिनकी भण्ड़ारण क्षमता 17.20 लाख मेट्रिक टन है। इस दौरान भण्ड़ार निगम के संयुक्त निदेशक (प्रशासन) गोपाल दास, संयुक्त निदेशक विकास मदन लाल तेली, सहायक निदेशक व्यापार ज्ञानेन्द्र पालीवाल सहित निगम के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
