JAIPUR: प्रदेश में साइबर अपराध पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए हो रहे प्रभावी कार्य – गृह राज्य मंत्री

गृह राज्य मंत्री जवाहर सिंह बेढ़म ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में साइबर अपराध पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए प्रभावी कार्य कर रही है। प्रदेश में साइबर अपराधियों पर त्वरित व कठोर कार्रवाई करने के लिए भारत सरकार के सहयोग से 1930 हेल्पलाइन नम्बर जारी किया गया है, शिकायत प्राप्त होने पर रेंज आईजी के माध्यम से अपराधियों की लोकशन ट्रेस कर, संबंधित स्थानीय थाने के माध्यम से अपराधियों के खिलाफ कठोर कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
गृह राज्य मंत्री मंगलवार को प्रश्नकाल में इस संबंध में सदस्य द्वारा पूछे गये पूरक प्रश्न का जवाब दे रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश की आंतरिक सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। आंतरिक सुरक्षा के लिए समस्त आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओँ को समुचित समय में उपलब्ध कराने के लिए प्रभावी कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने आधुनिक सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित वाहन 112 पूर्व में पुलिसथानों में उपलब्ध करवाए हैं। बेढ़म ने सदन को अवगत कराया कि प्रदेश में अन्य राजकीय कार्मिकों से ज्यादा आकस्मिक अवकाश प्रतिवर्ष पुलिसकर्मियों को दिए जाने का प्रावधान है।
इससे पहले विधायक भैरा राम चौधरी के मूल प्रश्न के लिखित जवाब में उन्होंने बताया कि राजस्थान पुलिस के समस्त पुलिसकर्मियों को हार्ड ड्यूटी अलाउंस के अतिरिक्त पांच हजार रूपये मासिक रिस्क (जोखिम) भत्ता दिये जाने संबंधी प्रस्ताव विचाराधीन नहीं है। उन्होंने अवगत कराया कि जोखिम ड्यूटी के आधार पर राजस्थान पुलिस की विभिन्न शाखाओं जैसे भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो, एटीएस (एंटी टेररिस्ट स्क्वाड), राज्य विशेष शाखा (स्टेट स्पेशल ब्रांच) को जोखिम भत्ते के रूप में सातवें वेतन के अनुसार मूल वेतन का 12 प्रतिशत दिया जाता है। एसएसडब्ल्यू (स्पेशल सिक्योरिटी विंग) को 15 प्रतिशत तथा एसओजी (स्पेशल ऑपरेशन ग्रुप) को छठवें वेतन के अनुसार मूल वेतन का 10 प्रतिशत जोखिम भत्ते के रूप में दिया जाता है। गृह राज्य मंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि वर्तमान में पुलिस कांस्टेबल के मैस एवं वर्दी भत्ते में वृद्धि किया जाना प्रस्तावित नहीं है। साथ ही, उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिसकर्मियों को साप्ताहिक अवकाश देने का कोई प्रस्ताव वर्तमान में विचाराधीन नहीं है।
