सहकारिता एवं नागरिक उड्डयन राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) गौतम कुमार दक ने कहा कि यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दूरदर्शी विजन एवं मुख्यमंत्री भजन लाल शर्मा के प्रभावी नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार सहकारिता के क्षेत्र में प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के कुशल नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार ने पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि के रूप में किसानों को सम्मान देने का काम किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने अपने पहले ही बजट में किसान सम्मान निधि देने का वादा किया था। राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत “मुख्यमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि” योजनान्तर्गत 65 लाख से अधिक कृषकों के बैंक खातों में डीबीटी के माध्यम से कुल 653.40 करोड़ रुपए हस्तांतरित किए गए है।
सहकारिता एवं नागरिक उड्डयन राज्य मंत्री दक एवं राज्यसभा सांसद राजेंद्र गहलोत की अध्यक्षता में पश्चिमी राजस्थान उद्योग हस्तशिल्प उत्सव 2025 के तहत सोमवार को सहकार भारती जोधपुर महानगर की ओर से बहुउद्देशीय प्राथमिक कृषि ऋण सहकारी समितियाँ (पैक्स )और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था में उनकी भूमिका विषय पर संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया। दक ने कहा कि देश का समग्र आर्थिक विकास सहकारिता के माध्यम से ही सम्भव है। इस दिशा में प्राथमिक कृषि ऋण सहकारी समितियों (पैक्स) को बहुउद्देशीय पैक्स के रूप में कार्य करने हेतु प्रेरित करने का केंद्र सरकार का यह निर्णय एक मील का पत्थर सिद्ध होगा।
सहकारिता मंत्री दक ने कहा कि सहकारिता आंदोलन जन-जागरण और सामाजिक परिवर्तन का पवित्र और उत्तम साधन बना रहे, यही इसकी मूल भावना है। सहकार भारती सहकार जगत की अखिल भारतीय प्रतिनिधि संस्था के रूप में कार्यरत है। यह समर्पित, ध्येयनिष्ठ, ईमानदार, संस्कारयुक्त, सेवाभावी कार्यकर्त्ताओं का संगठन है। उन्होंने कहा कि सहकार भारती एक अर्थ में केवल संस्था ही नहीं वरन् समाज परिवर्तन की दिशा में प्रयत्नशील एक खुला मंच है।
राज्यसभा सांसद राजेंद्र गहलोत ने केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा वर्तमान में प्राथमिक कृषि ऋण सहकारी समितियों को बहुउद्देशीय बना कर उन्हें ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था के विकास की धुरी के रूप में सक्षम बनाने हेतु लिए गए नीतिगत निर्णयों तथा सहकारिता क्षेत्र में केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे अन्य नवाचारों की जानकारी दी। साथ ही, सहकार भारती द्वारा पैक्स के संवर्धन, विकास और सशक्तिकरण के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों की जानकारी दी। इस दौरान सहकारिता एवं नागरिक उड्डयन राज्य मंत्री गौतम कुमार दक ने उत्सव में केंद्रीय पंडाल का अवलोकन किया। साथ ही, उन्होंने प्रदर्शित उत्पादों व मॉडल्स इत्यादि की जानकारी लेकर लोगों का हौसला बढ़ाया। इस अवसर पर विधायक सूरसागर देवेंद्र जोशी, पश्चिमी राजस्थान में कार्यरत पैक्स के पदाधिकारियों और सदस्यों, सहकारिता क्षेत्र में रुचि रखने वाले सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
