पिछले करीब 13 दिनों से आरजीएचएस योजना में शामिल सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत कर्मचारियों को योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है, जबकी वेतन में से कटौती निरंतर जारी है। पेंशनरों का कहना है कि लिमिट में वृद्धि 10 से 15 कार्य दिवस में भी नहीं हो पा रही है, जिसकी वजह से सेवानिवृत पेंशनर्स दवाइयां लेने में असमर्थ है। अनुबंधित दवा विक्रेताओं ने अपनी विभिन्न मांगों को लेकर 10 अगस्त से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल कर रखी है और इसी कारण सेवारत एवं सेवानिवृत कर्मचारियों को पिछले 13 दिनों से योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा पा रहा है। अधिकृत दवा विक्रेता अनुपम बंसल, सुशील मित्तल, सुबेसिंह कसाना व गोलू शर्मा सहित अन्य लोगों ने बताया कि हमारे पुराने भुगतान, रिजेक्शन, डिडक्शन, समय पर भुगतान, हेल्पलाइन पोर्टल पर नए घटकों को जोड़े जाने, पुरानी बैंक गारंटी वापस नहीं करने, बिना उचित कारण बिलों को रिजेक्ट करने जैसी मांगों को लेकर हड़ताल की जा रही है। दूसरी ओर लाभार्थियों का कहना है कि वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा योजना को सुचारू रूप से जारी रखने के लिए अधिकृत दवा विक्रेताओं की जायज मांगों को तवज्जो देना चाहिए। अधिकृत दवा विक्रेता महासंघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष विवेक विजयवर्गीय का कहना है कि योजना जो चालू की गई थी, उसे वर्तमान सरकार द्वारा भी सुचारू रूप से चलाया जा रहा है, किन्तु आरजीएचएस द्वारा समस्याओं का समाधान जो किया जाना चाहिए था, पता नहीं किस वजह से नहीं किया जा रहा है और इसी कारण प्रदेश भर के अधिकृत दवा विक्रेताओं ने सामूहिक हड़ताल कर रखा है।
