अपराधियों के खिलाफ सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए कोटपूतली पुलिस ने एक बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। 22 मई को लोन रिकवरी एजेंट पर फायरिंग और 24 मई को शराब गोदाम में आगजनी की घटनाओं में वांछित चल रहे आरोपी घनश्याम उर्फ धन्ना वाल्मिकी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। एसपी राजन दुष्यंत ने बताया कि इन दोनों घटनाओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए एएसपी वैभव शर्मा, डीएसपी राजेन्द्र बुरडक और थानाधिकारी राजेश शर्मा के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम गठित की गई थी। पुलिस टीम ने तकनीकी विश्लेषण व लगातार दबिश के आधार पर 26 मई को आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। गिरफ्तार आरोपी के कब्जे से एक देशी कट्टा व एक जिंदा कारतूस भी बरामद किया गया है, जो उसने लोन रिकवरी एजेंट पर हमला करने में इस्तेमाल किया था। पुलिस अब आरोपी से गहन पूछताछ कर रही है।

क्या था पूरा मामला

22 मई को राजकीय बीडीएम अस्पताल कोटपूतली में राजेश गुर्जर नामक युवक घायल अवस्था में भर्ती हुआ, जिसने बताया कि वह आईडीएफसी बैंक बहरोड़ में लोन रिकवरी एजेंट है। वह अपने रिश्तेदार महेश गुर्जर के साथ लोन की किश्त वसूलने के लिए गोपालपुरा गांव गया था। वहां आरोपी धन्ना वाल्मिकी ने अचानक गुस्से में आकर उस पर फायरिंग कर दी, जिससे राजेश की बांह में गोली लग गई। पुलिस ने तत्काल एफआईआर दर्ज कर आरोपी की तलाश शुरु की थी। घनश्याम उर्फ धन्ना पहले से भी तीन आपराधिक मुकदमों में वांछित था और 24 मई को खरखड़ी मोड़ स्थित शराब गोदाम में हुई आगजनी की घटना का भी मुख्य आरोपी है। पुलिस का कहना है कि आरोपी से पूछताछ के बाद और भी खुलासे होने की संभावना है।
