जिला कलेक्टर कल्पना अग्रवाल ने सोमवार को यहां कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में विभिन्न विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक ली। कलेक्टर ने कहा कि सभी विभाग आपसी समन्वय के साथ बजट घोषणाओं और राइजिंग राजस्थान के तहत किए गए एमओयू सहित अन्य विकास कार्यों को तय समय में गुणवत्ता के साथ पूरा करें और बजट घोषणाओं तथा विकास कार्यों की प्रगति एवं गुणवत्ता की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग कर रिपोर्ट अपडेट करें। उन्होंने संपर्क पोर्टल पर लंबित चल रहे परिवादों का समय पर निस्तारण कर आमजन को राहत पहुंचाने एवं एवरेज डिस्पोजल टाइम में सुधार करने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि कहा कि आमजन को बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़े। यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए स्थानीय स्तर पर ही संवेदनशीलता के साथ परिवादों का गुणवत्तापूर्ण निपटारा करें।

जिला कलेक्टर ने सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग को विभिन्न मार्गों एवं शहर में क्षतिग्रस्त सडक़ों की मरम्मत कार्य को गुणवत्ता के साथ पूरा कराने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही बिजली विभाग से समन्वय कर नारहेड़ा-कोटपूतली बाईपास, चिमनपुरा रोड़, रामपुरा खुर्द-सरुंड रोड सहित अन्य मार्गों के बीच में लगे बिजली पोल को जल्द ही शिफ्ट करने के लिए कहा। उन्होंने संबंधित विभाग को सडक़ किनारे हो रहे अतिक्रमण को प्राथमिकता के साथ हटवाने की हिदायत दी। कलेक्टर ने पीएचईडी को नियमित रूप से शुद्ध पेयजल आपूर्ति बनाए रखने, जेजेएम के तहत नल कनेक्शन पूरा करने, अवैध कनेक्शन पर कार्यवाही करने, समाज कल्याण विभाग को पालनहार व पेंशन सत्यापन शत-प्रतिशत पूरा करने, विद्युत निगम को शहर की सडक़ों के बीच लगे ट्रांसफार्मरों व पोल को चिन्हित कर अन्यत्र शिफ्ट करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा उन्होंने चिकित्सा विभाग से लेकर परिवहन विभाग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए निर्देशित किया। बैठक में पीडब्लयूडी के अधीक्षण अभियंता रामावतार कुमावत, पीएचईडी के अधीक्षण अभियंता रामनिवास यादव, सीएमएचओ डा.आशीष सिंह शेखावत, जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी रामसिंह यादव सहित कई विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
