यहां के राजकीय एलबीएस पीजी कॉलेज में सोमवार को महिला प्रकोष्ठ के अंतर्गत छात्राओं के हित में समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा जारी विभिन्न योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई। संयोजिका प्रो.शोभा जौहरी ने समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा शैक्षिक विकास, आर्थिक विकास, समाज कल्याण, सामाजिक सुरक्षा एवं विशेष सक्षम व्यक्तियों के लिए दी जाने वाली सहायता के बारे में बताते हुए पात्रता संबंधी जानकारी भी दी। कार्यक्रम के प्रारंभ में प्राचार्य प्रो.आरके सिंह ने छात्राओं का ध्यान इन योजनाओं की ओर आकृष्ट किया और आग्रह किया कि समाज में पात्र महिलाओं एवं छात्राओं को इन योजनाओं से अवगत करवाएं। कार्यक्रम में प्रो.मधु नागर, अनुभा गुप्ता, प्रो.प्रीति गुप्ता, सुमन पूनिया, ज्योति पाठक, डा.बबीता एवं पदमा मीणा ने भी अपने विचार रखे। आयोजन में प्रो.प्रभात शर्मा, मुकेश अग्रवाल एवं सहायक आचार्य सुधीर यादव ने भी सहयोग किया।
