किसानों की आय बढ़ाने और कृषि क्षेत्र को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में विकसित कृषि संकल्प अभियान की शुरुआत गुरुवार से जिले में जोर-शोर से हो चुकी है। यह अभियान आगामी 12 जून तक विभिन्न ग्राम पंचायतों में आयोजित किया जाएगा, जिसमें किसानों को आधुनिक कृषि तकनीकों, प्राकृतिक खेती की विधियों और विभागीय योजनाओं की जानकारी दी जा रही है। गुरुवार को पंचायत समिति कोटपूतली के ग्राम नारहेड़ा, खडब व चुरी, केवीके गोनेड़ा और बानसूर के ग्राम देवसन, हरसौरा व माजरा अहीर तथा बहरोड़ के ग्राम खोर, बसई व नांगल खोडिया में कृषि वैज्ञानिकों एवं विभागीय अधिकारियों ने खरीफ फसलों की नवीनतम तकनीक, मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड के आधार पर उर्वरकों के संतुलित प्रयोग और कृषि व उद्यानिकी विभाग की योजनाओं के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी साझा की। अभियान में बड़ी संख्या में महिला किसान, नवाचारी एवं प्रगतिशील किसान और स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधि भी शामिल हुए। इस अवसर पर मौके पर ही किसानों की तकनीकी समस्याओं का समाधान किया गया और कुछ अनुभवी किसानों ने अपने अनुभव भी साझा किए, जिससे अन्य किसानों को भी प्रेरणा मिली। संयुक्त निदेशक कृषि महेन्द्र कुमार जैन ने जिले के सभी किसानों से आग्रह किया है कि वे इस अभियान में अधिक से अधिक संख्या में भाग लें और मौके पर ही कृषि संबंधी समस्याओं का समाधान प्राप्त करें।
