कोटपूतली विधायक हंसराज पटेल ने शुक्रवार को विधानसभा में अनुदान मांगों पर बहस के दौरान कई अहम मुद्दों को पुरजोर तरीके से उठाया। पटेल ने नवगठित जिला कोटपूतली-बहरोड़ के जिला मुख्यालय कोटपूतली शहर में ही जिला कलेक्टर व जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक के कार्यालय बनाए जाने की मांग उठाई। स्वायत्त शासन विभाग से जुड़े विषयों को सदन में रखते हुए पटेल ने कहा कि कोटपूतली में पंचायत समिति के पास खाली पड़ी दस बीघा सरकारी भूमि में आसानी से जिला कलेक्टर व जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक के कार्यालय बनाए जा सकते हैं, इससे कस्बा सहित आसपास की जनता पैदल जाकर ही अपने कार्य कलेक्टर व एसपी से करवा सकती है। विधायक पटेल ने जिलों की समीक्षा में कोटपूतली-बहरोड़ जिले को यथावत् रखे जाने पर राज्य सरकार का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस शासन में कोटपूतली नगर पालिका को क्रमोन्नत कर नगर परिषद तो बनाया गया, परन्तु एक तरफ 4 किमी तो एक तरफ परिषद के क्षेत्र को 15 किमी तक बढ़ा दिया गया। जहां कांग्रेस नेताओं की हजारों बीघा जमीन थी। जिसके चलते नगर परिषद की सीमा को 15 किमी तक बढ़ाते हुए वहां जिला मुख्यालय के लिए मिनी सचिवालय व अन्य कार्यालयों की जमीन चिन्हित कर ली गई। विधायक पटेल ने इसे घोटाला करार देते हुए कहा कि इससे कोटपूतली की जनता को भारी परेशानी हुई है, क्योंकि कोटपूतली शहर में ही पंचायत समिति की 10 बीघा भूमि खाली पड़ी हुई है। जहां जिला कलेक्टर व एसपी के कार्यालय आसानी से बनाए जा सकते है। पटेल ने यह भी कहा कि इस विस्तारीकरण में लगभग 15 ग्राम पंचायतों को नगर परिषद में मिला लिया गया। इससे 15 सरपंच जिन्हें जनता ने चुना था, उन्हें न तो नगर परिषद में सदस्य बनाया गया एवं ना ही उन्हें सरपंच रहने दिया गया। पटेल ने उन्हें वापिस ग्राम पंचायतें बनाकर सरपंच बनाने या फिर नगर परिषद में उन्हें पार्षद बनाए जाने की मांग की। साथ ही पटेल ने कोटपूतली की नारेहड़ा ग्राम पंचायत को नगर पालिका बनाने की मांग भी सदन में उठाई।
