राज्य सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे शुद्ध आहार-मिलावट पर वार अभियान के अंतर्गत कोटपूतली क्षेत्र में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग की टीम ने बुधवार को कई मिष्ठान भंडारों पर औचक निरीक्षण कर खाद्य सामग्री के सैंपल लिए। खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त एवं औषधि नियंत्रक तथा एडीएम डा.ओमप्रकाश सहारण के निर्देशन और सीएमएचओ डा.आशीष सिंह शेखावत के नेतृत्व में इस अभियान का संचालन हुआ। खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी नेहा शर्मा ने बताया कि निरीक्षण के दौरान कोटपूतली स्थित सैनी स्वीट्स, श्याम स्वीट्स और बालाजी रसगुल्ला भंडार से मिल्क केक व बेसन लड्डू के नमूने लिए गए। ये नमूने जांच के लिए जयपुर प्रयोगशाला भेजे जाएंगे। रिपोर्ट आने पर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी। निरीक्षण के दौरान मिष्ठान भंडारों को साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने, खाद्य पदार्थों के उचित भंडारण और फूड सेफ्टी एक्ट के नियमों की पालना सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। सीएमएचओ डा.शेखावत ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर मिलावटी तेल, घी, दूध, मसालों व अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों की रोकथाम हेतु यह विशेष अभियान चलाया जाता है। मिलावट की पुष्टि होने पर संबंधित कारोबारियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
