जिला कलेक्टर कल्पना अग्रवाल ने बुधवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में राजस्व अधिकारियों की एक बैठक ली। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में राजस्व अधिकारी राजस्व से संबंधित सभी प्रकार के प्रकरणों का निर्धारित समय में निस्तारण करें, ताकि आमजन को जल्द से जल्द राहत मिल सके। कलेक्टर ने राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग के तत्वावधान में आगामी 2 फरवरी को आयोजित होने वाली राजस्थान राज्य एवं अधीनस्थ सेवाएं संयुक्त प्रतियोगी प्रारंभिक परीक्षा एवं राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड की फरवरी माह में आयोजित होने वाली विभिन्न परीक्षाओं की तैयारियों के संबंध में विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री एवं राज्य सरकार प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं को पारदर्शिता के साथ संपादित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। अधिकारी परीक्षाओं का आयोजन पूर्ण सजगता एवं सतर्कता के साथ किया जाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि समस्त प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए प्रश्न.पत्र संग्रहण और वितरण पर विशेष सतर्कता बरती जाए। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा की जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस परस्पर समन्वय कर बेहतर पर्यवेक्षण और निगरानी के साथ परीक्षा संपादित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रश्न-पत्रों की गोपनीयता एवं सुरक्षा सर्वोच्च होनी चाहिए। परीक्षाओं में अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग ना हो, इसके लिए प्रभावी प्रबंधन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कलेक्टर ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
