अदालत ने डेयरी के टैंकरों से दूध चुराने के मामले में दो आरोपियों को कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। इसके साथ ही दोनों आरोपियों पर जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है। एक आरोपी दूध की चोरी कर बेचने वाला तथा दूसरा आरोपी चोरी का दूध खरीदने वाला है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, वर्ष 2012 में तत्कालीन पुलिस उप निरीक्षक सोहनलाल ने कोटपूतली के मलपुरा ग्राम स्थित एक होटल के पास दूध डेयरी के टैंकरों से हजारों लीटर दूध चोरी कर और उसे बेचने का मामला पुलिस थाने में दर्ज कराया था। मामले की जांच के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया और गहन अनुसंधान के बाद अदालत में उनके खिलाफ चालान पेश किया। सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी डा.पंकज यादव ने बताया कि अपर मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट क्रम-2 डा.अजय कुमार विश्नोई ने उभय पक्षों की बहस सुनने के बाद दो आरोपियों को दोष सिद्ध करार दिया है। एसीजेएम ने दूध चोरी करने के आरोपी सांवतराम पुत्र चतरा निवासी कालेड़ी, मसूदा अजमेर को 3 वर्ष के कठोर कारावास और 10 हजार रुपए के जुर्माने तथा चोरी का दूध खरीदने के आरोपी मानसिंह पुत्र मोमन सिंह निवासी अग्रहोवा हिसार-हरियाणा को 2 वर्ष के कठोर कारावास और 7 हजार रुपए के जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है।
