मंगलवार को कलेक्टर कल्पना अग्रवाल के नेतृत्व में जिला अधिकारियों के साथ एक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें कलक्टर कल्पना अग्रवाल ने बताया कि 12 से 15 दिसम्बर तक राज्य सरकार का एक वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूरा होने पर जिला मुख्यालय पर विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। जिले में आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रम को लेकर संबंधित अधिकारियों को नोडल व सहायक नोडल अधिकारी बनाया गया हैं। जिला कलक्टर ने बताया कि निर्धारित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार 12 दिसम्बर को सुबह 8 बजे रन फॉर विकसित राजस्थान का आयोजन होगा। जिला कलक्टर सुबह 10 बजे नगर परिषद परिसर में जिला स्तरीय प्रदर्शनी का शुभारंभ करेगी। इसके बाद सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक युवा सम्मेलन, रोजगार उत्सव का आयोजन राजकीय सरदार उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय परिसर में होगा। इसी दौरान प्रभारी मंत्री प्रदर्शनी का अवलोकन व जिला विकास पुस्तिका का विमोचन करेंगे। साथ ही 13 दिसम्बर को किसान सम्मेलन का आयोजन राजकीय सरदार उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय के परिसर में आयोजित होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि 14 दिसम्बर को अंत्योदय सेवा शिविर एवं महिला सम्मेलन का आयोजन होगा और 15 दिसम्बर को राज्य स्तरीय कार्यक्रमों का सीधा प्रसारण किया जाएगा। जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि आयोजित कार्यक्रमों के दौरान नागरिकों को विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ भी दिया जा सकता है। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां समय पर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। इस मौके पर अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर ओम प्रकाश सहारण, अतिरिक्त मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी रामनिवास सहित जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी, उपखंड अधिकारी तथा विकास अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
