मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार आमजन को सड़क, पानी, बिजली, स्वास्थ्य और आधारभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए विभिन्न विकास कार्यों के माध्यम से अंत्योदय के संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि इन विकास कार्यों को पूरा करने की टाइमलाइन निर्धारित कर इन्हें समय से पूरा जाए। शर्मा शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री निवास पर आयोजित सांगानेर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक को संबोधित कर रहे थे। समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान ऊर्जा विभाग, पीडब्ल्यूडी, चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य, राजस्व, पीएचईडी, स्वायत्त शासन, जल संसाधन एवं नगरीय विकास विभाग से संबंधित विभिन्न विकास कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को आपस में समन्वय बना कर कार्यों को पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
विभाग अपने प्रोजेक्ट्स की करें नियमित मॉनिटरिंग—
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सभी विभाग अपने प्रोजेक्ट्स की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करें ताकि आमजन को परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़े। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को प्रतापनगर में 132 केवी जीएसएस का निर्माण तथा विद्युत लाइनों को भूमिगत करने के संबंध में भी आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पीडब्ल्यूडी एवं एनएचएआई आपस में समन्वय बनाते हुए भांकरोटा फ्लाईओवर को शीघ्र पूरा करें जिससे यातायात व्यवस्था सुचारू हो सके। उन्होंने पीडब्ल्यूडी को 200 फीट चौराहे पर बनने वाले फ्लाईओवर, अंडरपास एवं बीलवा फ्लाईओवर के गुणवत्तापूर्ण निर्माण सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि रीको पुलिया से रेलवे फाटक मालपुरा तक सड़क चौड़ाईकरण का कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करें जिससे यातायत सुगम हो।
जलदाय विभाग अभियान चलाकर लंबित आवेदनों को करें निस्तारित—
शर्मा ने कहा कि पृथ्वीराज नगर परियोजना के अंतर्गत अभियान चलाकर जल कनेक्शन के लंबित आवेदनों को समयबद्ध निस्तारित करें। उन्होंने अमृत 2.0 के अंतर्गत जयपुर नगर निगम क्षेत्र में पेयजल वितरण प्रणाली के सुदृढीकरण एवं सुधार कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की। उन्होंने कहा कि पेयजल कनेक्शन प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया का सरलीकरण हो जिससे आमजन को सुगमता से कनेक्शन मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि सांगानेर स्टेडियम का विकास एवं सौंदर्यीकरण एवं सिटी बस स्टैण्ड सर्किल पर कियोस्क हटाकर सुलभ शौचालय बनाने का कार्य समय से पूरा किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि पुराने नियमों में वर्तमान आवश्यकता एवं परिस्थितियों के अनुसार संशोधन किया जाए।
सांगानेर के सभी विकास कार्यों को इंगित करते हुए करें कार्ययोजना तैयार—
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि संबंधित विभाग सांगानेर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सभी विकास कार्यों को इंगित करते हुए कार्ययोजना तैयार करें। जिसमें सड़क, अस्पताल, सीवरेज लाइन तथा विकसित होने वाली अन्य जन-सुविधाएं दर्शायी गई हों। जिससे कार्यों की समीक्षा आसानी से त्वरित की जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि सांगानेर में पुरातत्व महत्व के दरवाजों के आसपास अतिक्रमण को हटाया जाए तथा इनके सौन्दर्यीकरण कार्य परकोटे के दरवाजों के अनुरूप किये जाएं। साथ ही, इनकी बुकलेट बनाकर भी प्रकाशित करें। शर्मा ने कहा कि जयपुर की बढ़ती आबादी के चलते एक उचित नगरीय प्लानिंग करें, जिससे बढ़ते संसाधनों के दबाव का समाधान हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि नगरीय विकास विभाग अपने सभी विकास कार्यों को समयबद्ध रूप से पूरा करें। पृथ्वीराज नगर में समुचित ड्रेनेज एवं सीवरेज कार्य, तथा द्रव्यवती नदी के आसपास भू-जल स्तर को बढ़ाने हेतु अण्डर वाटर रिचार्ज की सुविधा वाले स्थानों से मलबा हटवाने व मरम्मत का कार्य भी शीघ्र किया जाए। बैठक में सांगानेर क्षेत्र में जिला अस्पताल, नवीन रेलवे स्टेशन के विकास कार्य, विभिन्न सड़क निर्माण, मुहाना मोड पर ओवरब्रिज, खुली जेल को अन्यत्र स्थानांतरित करने, गुलर बांध की मरम्मत एवं जीर्णोद्धार सहित विभिन्न विकास कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई।
