सरुंड पुलिस ने महात्मा गांधी राजकीय विद्यालय, मोहनपुरा में पोषाहार चोरी के मामले में एक और सफलता हासिल की है। पुलिस ने इस मामले में फरार चल रहे दूसरे आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। इससे पहले पुलिस रमाकांत उर्फ गोलू को पहले ही गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है। एसपी राजन दुष्यंत ने बताया कि जिलेभर में चोरी व नकबजनी की घटनाओं पर नियंत्रण के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसके तहत एएसपी वैभव शर्मा व डीएसपी राजेंद्र बुरडक के निर्देशन में सरुंड थानाधिकारी बाबूलाल मीणा के नेतृत्व में एक टीम का गठन किया गया था। प्रकरण की रिपोर्ट 15 अप्रैल को प्रधानाध्यापक अशोक कुमार सुरेला द्वारा दर्ज कराई गई थी। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया कि अवकाश के दौरान विद्यालय बंद था और जब स्कूल दोबारा खोला गया तो मुख्य भवन के चैनल गेट, पोषाहार कक्ष व अक्षय पेटिका के ताले टूटे मिले। जांच में पता चला कि 5 कट्टे गेहूं व 1 कट्टा चावल चोरी हो चुके हैं। पुलिस टीम द्वारा गहन जांच के बाद पहले आरोपी रमाकांत उर्फ गोलू को गिरफ्तार कर पीसी रिमांड पर लिया गया था, जिसने पूछताछ में बताया कि चोरी की वारदात उसने अपने साथी मोहित यादव के साथ मिलकर की थी। पुलिस ने अब मोहित यादव पुत्र कैलाशचंद यादव निवासी कांसली को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आरोपी से अन्य वारदातों के संबंध में पूछताछ की जा रही है।
