पशुपालन मंत्री जोराराम कुमावत ने मंगलवार को विधानसभा में कहा कि बानसूर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 57 पशु चिकित्सा संस्थान केंद्र कार्यरत है। इनमें 41 पशु चिकित्सा संस्थाए अन्य विभागों के भवनों अथवा किराये के भवनों में संचालित है। कुल 11 भवनों के निर्माण की स्वीकृति जारी की जा चुकी हैं। पशुपालन मंत्री प्रश्नकाल के दौरान सदस्य द्वारा इस सम्बन्ध में पूछे गए पूरक प्रश्नों का जवाब दे रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि बानसूर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक ब्लॉक वेटरीनरी हेल्थ ऑफिस, दो प्रथम श्रेणी के पशु चिकित्सालय, 10 पशु चिकित्सालय एवं 44 पशु चिकित्सा उपकेन्द्र स्वीकृत हैं। क्षेत्र में पर्याप्त पशु चिकित्सा संस्थान केंद्र स्थापित है। उन्होंने सदन को आश्वस्त किया कि बानसूर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में पोलीक्लिनिक खोलने के सम्बन्ध में प्रस्ताव प्राप्त होने पर परीक्षण करवाकर उचित निर्णय लिया जायेगा।
कुमावत ने कहा कि उक्त क्षेत्र में 4 चिकित्सकों एवं 5 पशुधन निरीक्षकों के पद रिक्त है जिन्हें आवश्यकतानुसार भरने की कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि पशु चिकित्सा उपकेन्द्र ज्ञानपुरा व तुराणा में स्वीकृत भवन का निर्माण भूमि उपलब्धता के बाद होगा। इससे पहले विधायक देवी सिंह शेखावत के मूल प्रश्न के लिखित जवाब में पशुपालन मंत्री ने बताया कि शेष रहे पशु चिकित्सा संस्थाओं के भवन निर्माण कार्य विभाग के नाम भू-स्वामित्व के दस्तावेज उपलब्ध होने पर वित्तीय संसाधनों की उपलब्धता अनुसार करवाये जायेगे। उन्होंने विधान सभा क्षेत्र बानसूर में स्वीकृत पशु चिकित्सा संस्थाओं का श्रेणीवार विवरण, स्वीकृत एवं रिक्त पदों की जानकारी, स्वीकृत राजकीय भवन विहीन पशु चिकित्सालयों का विवरण सदन के पटल पर रखा।
