लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने कहा कि अक्षय ऊर्जा को दिए जा रहे प्रोत्साहन से देश के ऊर्जा परिदृश्य में तेजी से बदलाव आया है। भारत वर्ष-2070 तक गैर जीवाश्म आधारित स्रोतों से शत-प्रतिशत ऊर्जा उत्पादन की अपनी प्रतिबद्धता की ओर मजबूती से कदम बढ़ा रहा है। देश के इस एनर्जी ट्रांजिशन में राजस्थान का सर्वाधिक योगदान होने जा रहा है। लोकसभा अध्यक्ष बिरला शुक्रवार को जयपुर एग्जीबिशन एंड कन्वेंशन सेंटर में भारत सोलर एक्सपो के उद्घाटन समारोह को संबोधित कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि बीते कुछ समय में राजस्थान ने सौर ऊर्जा उत्पादन के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति हासिल की है और हम आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर अग्रसर हैं।

बिरला ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में हुए राईजिंग राजस्थान समिट में निवेशकों का सर्वाधिक रूझान अक्षय ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में देखने में आया। इससे स्पष्ट है कि जैसे-जैसे यह परियोजनाएं आकार लेंगी, राजस्थान सौर ऊर्जा तथा पवन ऊर्जा की अपनी क्षमताओं का पूर्ण उपयोग कर देश की ऊर्जा जरूरतों को भी पूरा करेगा। इससे पहले जल संसाधन मंत्री सुरेश रावत ने राजस्थान की सौर ऊर्जा संभावनाओं का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि फ्लोटिंग सोलर के रूप में प्रदेश के बड़े जलाशयों में भी सौर ऊर्जा उत्पादन की संभावनाएं हैं।

सहकारिता मंत्री गौतम दक ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने पीएम सूर्यघर निशुल्क बिजली योजना के रूप में अभूतपूर्व पहल की है। इसके माध्यम से हर घर की छत पर रूफ टॉप सोलर पैनल लग रहे हैं और आमजन सबसिडी का लाभ उठाकर सौर ऊर्जा के माध्यम से अपनी ऊर्जा जरूरतों को पूरा कर पा रहे हैं। ऊर्जा मंत्री हीरालाल नागर ने मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के नेतृत्व में राजस्थान को ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश की स्थापित अक्षय ऊर्जा क्षमता 31 गीगावाट से अधिक हो गई है। जिसमें सौर ऊर्जा की हिस्सेदारी 24 हजार 776 मेगावाट तथा पवन ऊर्जा की भागीदारी लगभग 6 हजार मेगावाट है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुसुम योजना को जमीनी स्तर पर गति देने के साथ ही एकीकृत स्वच्छ ऊर्जा नीति-2024, बैटरी स्टोरेज, पंप स्टोरेज आदि के नवाचार किए जा रहे हैं। जिसमें केन्द्र सरकार का पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है।

राजस्थान सोलर एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष सुनील बंसल ने तीन दिवसीय भारत सोलर एक्सपो की गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि इस एक्सपो में सोलर पैनल, मॉडयूल्स, सोलर सेल आदि का उत्पादन करने वाली एमएसएमई कंपनियों तथा सोलर सॉल्यूशंस प्रदान करने वाली ईपीसी कंपनियों ने स्टॉल्स के माध्यम से अपने उत्पादों, नवाचारों एवं गतिविधियों को प्रदर्शित किया है।
