कोटपूतली के पूतली ग्राम स्थित श्री देवनारायण मंदिर परिसर में मकर संक्रान्ति पर्व के उपलक्ष्य में श्री देवनारायण मंदिर सेवा समिति, कोटपूतली की ओर से विशाल धमाल कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। जिसे सुनने के लिए दूर-दराज से विभिन्न समाज के बड़ी संख्या में लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया। इस दौरान पौषबड़ा महोत्सव का आयोजन भी हुआ। कार्यक्रम में विधायक हंसराज पटेल सहित पूर्व संसदीय सचिव रामस्वरुप कसाना, पूर्व विधायक रामचंद्र रावत, केवीएसएस के चेयरमैन हंसराज कसाना, मालीराम कसाना, सेडूराम कसाना, दिनेश कमांडेंट, बाबूलाल कसाना आदि वक्ताओं ने समाज के लोगों को एकजुट रहने का आव्हान करते हुए कहा कि एकता में ही शक्ति होती है। एकजुटता से ही समाज का उत्थान संभव है। इस मौके पर शिम्भू म्हासी मूसनोता, मुकेश म्हासी जमालपुर, मक्खन म्हासी बंद की ढ़ाणी आदि लोक गायक कलाकारों द्वारा देवनारायण महाराज की कथा सुनाए जाने के साथ ही सत्संग व धमाल का आयोजन किया गया। गायक कलाकारों ने देवनारायण महाराज समेत विभिन्न देवी-देवताओं पर आधारित धमाल की प्रस्तुति देकर मौजूद श्रृद्धालुओं को मंत्रमुग्ध होने पर विवश कर दिया। इस बीच कई दानदाताओं ने मंदिर विकास के लिए आर्थिक सहयोग भी दिया। कार्यक्रम में भाजपा नेता हीरालाल रावत, उप प्रधान प्रतिनिधि राजेन्द्र रहीसा, जयराम गुर्जर, विजय कसाना, मुकेश गुर्जर, जगदीश रावत, सुभाष मास्टर, मुकेश कसाना, महेन्द्र कसाना, राजाराम, हेमराज राहेड़ा, कैलाश मैनेजर समेत बड़ी संख्या में लोग मौजूद रहे। संचालन सुरेश कसाना व सतीश कसाना ने किया।
