प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग उन्नयन योजना के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए यहां कृषि उपज मण्डी, समिति के सभागार में शुक्रवार को कार्यशाला का आयोजन सुबह 11 बजे होगा। केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा प्रेषित प्रधानमंत्री सूक्ष्म खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग उन्नयन योजना (पीएम एफएमई) के बेहतर क्रियान्वयन एवं प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए राज्य स्तरीय टीम के तत्वावधान में कार्यशाला आयोजित होगी। मण्डी सचिव प्रीति शर्मा ने बताया कि योजना के तहत खाद्य प्रसंस्करण क्षेत्र में उद्योग लगाने वाले नए और मौजूदा उद्यमियों को 35 प्रतिशत पूंजीगत अनुदान (अधिकतम 10 लाख रुपए) के लिए आवेदन नि:शुल्क सहायता एवं प्रशिक्षण सहित तकनीकी सहायता उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। इस योजना के तहत नमकीन, मिक्चर, सेवई, आइसकैंडी, दाल, पोहा, पनीर, गजक, आटा चक्की, ऑयल मील व पापड़ निर्माण आदि शामिल है।
