विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर कोटपूतली-बहरोड़ जिला मुख्यालय पर स्थापित कंट्रोल रुम नियमित व प्रभावी रुप से संचालित किया जा रहा है। जिला कलक्टर श्रीमती शुभम चौधरी ने बताया कि कलेक्ट्रेट में स्थापित कंट्रोल रुम से आम जनता तथा मतदाता न केवल मतदान से जुड़ी जानकारियां ले सकते हैं, बल्कि आदर्श आचार संहिता की उल्लंघन से संबंधित शिकायतें भी कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि लोकतंत्र के इस उत्सव में सभी को बढ़-चढक़र भाग लेना चाहिए। श्रीमती चौधरी ने बताया कि यह कंट्रोल रुम मतदाताओं के मतदान से संबंधित समस्याओं के निवारण के लिए स्थापित किया गया है। उन्होंने अपील की है कि मतदाता जिला कलेक्ट्रेट में स्थापित कंट्रोल रूम में फोन करके दूरभाष के माध्यम से मतदान से संबंधित जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां प्राप्त कर अन्य मतदाताओं को भी कंट्रोल रूम में स्थापित दूरभाष नंबर पर फोन करने के लिए प्रेरित करें और जिले में कहीं भी आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन होता है तो उससे संबंधित शिकायतें भी वह कंट्रोल रूम में फोन करके बता सकते हैं। शिकायतें सी-विजिल मोबाइल एप और भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के दूरभाष नंबर 1950 पर भी दर्ज कराई जा सकती हैं।

जिला कलेक्ट्रेट कैम्पस में स्थापित कंट्रोल रुम का नंबर 01421-299036 है। इस कंट्रोल रुम का प्रभारी नायब तहसीलदार जगदीश प्रसाद यादव 9928660884 को नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्हें निर्देशित किया गया है कि वे अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर कोटपूतली-बहरोड़ योगेश कुमार डागुर को कंट्रोल रूम के प्रतिदिन की गतिविधियों से नियमित रूप से अवगत कराएं। कंट्रोल रूम पर एक पंजिका का संधारण किया गया है, जिससे प्रतिदिन प्राप्त होने वाले संदेश और क्या उत्तर दिया गया है का अंकन किया जाता है।
