दौसा के बाद अब कोटपूतली में एक बच्ची के बोरवेल में गिर जाने की घटना सामने आते ही हडक़ंप मचा हुआ है। बच्ची के बोरवेल में गिरने के बाद काफी देर तक परिवार ने उसे निकालने की कोशिश की। इसके बाद पुलिस और प्रशासन को सूचना दी गई। इत्तला मिलते ही एसडीआरएफ व एनडीआरएफ की टीम मौके पर पहुंच गई और रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरु कर दिया है। मौके पर सांसद राव राजेन्द्र सिंह, एसपी राजन दुष्यंत समेत विधायक हंसराज पटेल समेत पुलिस व प्रशासन के सभी उच्चाधिकारी मुस्तैद हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक, कोटपूतली में कीरतपुरा गांव की ढ़ाणी बडिय़ाली में 3 साल की बच्ची चेतना बोरवेल में गिर गई। बोरवेल करीब 700 फीट गहरा बताया जा रहा है। बच्ची लगभग 150 फीट पर फंसी हुई है। दोपहर करीब 1.50 बजे हुई इस घटना के बाद से देर रात तक बच्ची को निकालने के लिए रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन जारी है। मौके पर जेसीबी से खुदाई की जा रही है तो बोरवेल में बच्ची तक पाइप के जरिए ऑक्सीजन पहुंचाई गई है। बोरवेल में उतारे गए कैमरे में बच्ची का मूवमेंट नजर आया है। बच्ची के रोने की आवाज भी रिकॉर्ड की गई है। प्रशासन की ओर से शाम लगभग सवा 5 बजे एसडीआरएफ ने भी रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन शुरु कर दिया और शाम 6 बजे एनडीआरएफ की टीम भी रेस्क्यू के लिए मौके पर पहुंच गई।
घर के बाहर वक्त गिरी बच्ची
अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, सोमवार दोपहर लगभग 1.50 बजे 3 वर्षीया बालिका चेतना पुत्री भूपेंद्र चौधरी घर के बाहर खेल रही थी। इसी दौरान उसका पैर फिसल गया और वह बोरवेल में गिर गई। रोने की आवाज सुनकर परिजनों ने तुरंत पुलिस को बच्ची के बोरवेल में गिरने की जानकारी दी। इसके बाद सरुण्ड थाना पुलिस और प्रशासन मौके पर पहुंचा। बच्ची के घर के बाहर खुदे इस बोरवेल से सोमवार सुबह 11 बजे ही प्लास्टिक का पाइप निकाला गया था। ऐसे में बोरवेल खुला पड़ा था। बताया जा रहा है कि बोरवेल में 150 फीट पर पत्थर होने की वजह से उसका व्यास कम है। बच्ची के उससे ऊपर होने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। शाम को बोरवेल में उतारे गए कैमरे में बच्ची का मूवमेंट नजर आया है और उसके रोने की आवाज भी रिकॉर्ड की गई है।
हर घंटे खत्म हो रहा ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर
एक ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर एक घंटे में खत्म हो रहा है। मेडिकल टीम ने 20 सिलेंडर अतिरिक्त मंगवाए हैं। अब एनडीआरएफ की टीम लोहे के पाइप बच्ची तक पहुंचाने की कोशिश करेगी। इसके बाद रॉड के आगे बने गोल छल्ले में उसके हाथ या पैर को फंसा कर ऊपर खींचने की कोशिश की जाएगी। मौके पर पहुंचे विधायक हंसराज पटेल ने कहा बचाव कार्य के लिए टीमें मौके पर पहुंच चुकी हैं। पुलिस और प्रशासन भी मौके पर मौजूद हैं। बच्ची को बचाने के लिए संभव कोशिश की जाएगी। एसडीआरएफ टीम ने मौके पर मौजूद एसपी राजन दुष्यंत को रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन की रूपरेखा बताई। टीम ने बताया कि बच्ची को सबसे पहले रस्सियों और पाइप के जरिए ऊपर खींचने की कोशिश की जाएगी।

मौके पर सीएमएचओ डा.आशीष सिंह शेखावत अपनी पूरी टीम के साथ मुस्तैद हैं तो वहीं बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ तथा एनेस्थीसिया के विभागाध्यक्ष भी अपनी टीम के साथ तैनात हैं। कैमरे से बच्ची की स्थिति देखकर सभी विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक बच्ची की मेडिकल स्थिति पर नजरें गड़ाए हुए हैं। फिलहाल मेडिकल टीम ने बच्ची के लिए ऑक्सीजन सप्लाई की व्यवस्था की है। मौके पर एडीएम ओमप्रकाश सहारण, एएसपी वैभव शर्मा, एसडीएम बृजेश चौधरी, डीएसपी राजेन्द्र कुमार बुरडक, थानाधिकारी राजेश शर्मा व मौहम्मद इमरान समेत लगभग सभी अधिकारी डटे हुए हैं।
