वित वर्ष के शेष अवधि की कार्ययोजना जारी -टी. रविकान्त

प्रमुख शासन सचिव माइंस एवं पेट्रोलियम टी. रविकान्त ने बताया है कि माइंस विभाग द्वारा 23 प्रतिशत विकास दर के साथ चालू वित्तीय वर्ष में 29 जनवरी तक 6988 करोड़ 72 लाख रु. का रेवेन्यू संग्रहित किया जा चुका है। वित्तीय वर्ष के शेष समय के लिए विभाग द्वारा रेवन्यू संग्रहण की कार्यालयवार कार्ययोजना बनाकर जारी करने के साथ ही अधिकारियों को कार्ययोजना के अनुसार शतप्रतिशत वसूली के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। प्रमुख सचिव माइंस टी. रविकान्त रेवेन्यू कलेक्शन की वर्चुअली समीक्षा बैठक ले रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि गत वित्तीय वर्ष की इसी अवधि के 5697 करोड़ 67 लाख की तुलना में इस वर्ष अब तक 1291 करोड़ रु. अधिक राशि राजकोष में जमा की गई है। माइंस विभाग राज्य सरकार का प्रमुख रेवेन्यू अर्जित करने वाला विभाग है ऐसे में कार्ययोजना में अधिकारियों को रेवेन्यू अर्जन के लिए किये जाने वाले विशेष प्रयास चिन्हित कर स्पष्ट संदेश दे दिया गया है कि फील्ड स्तर पर किसी तरह की कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने चालू बकाया के साथ ही पुरानी बकाया राशि, एमनेस्टी योजना में आने वाली राशि और शास्तियों की राशि की वसूली पर भी विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए।
निदेशक माइंस भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने कहा कि विभाग द्वारा नियमित मोनेटरिंग, वैध खनन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए योजनावद्ध तरीके से ऑक्शन, छीजत रोकने के कारगर प्रयासों का ही परिणाम है कि खान विभाग द्वारा रेवेन्यू अर्जन में नया रेकार्ड कायम किया जा सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि अधिकारियों को सख्ती से निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि रेवेन्यू अर्जन में किसी तरह की लापरवाही और छीजत को सहन नहीं किया जाएगा। वर्चुअल बैठक में उदयपुर जोन के रेवेन्यू वसूली की भी समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। इस अवसर पर संयुक्त सचिव माइंस आशु चौधरी, ओएसडी श्रीकृष्ण शर्मा, जेएलआर गिरेन्द्र सिंह, मुख्यालय व उदयपुर जोन के अधिकारियों ने भी हिस्सा लिया।
