मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा के निर्देशन में राज्य सरकार आमजन को नि:शुल्क तथा बेहतर चिकित्सा सुविधाएं दे रही है। राज्य में राष्ट्रीय बाल स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रम (आरबीएसके) के जरिए सरकारी विद्यालयों, आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों एवं मदरसों में बच्चों की स्क्रीनिंग कर उन्हें जन्मजात बीमारियों से निजात दिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इसी कड़ी में हनुमानगढ जिले के पीलीबंगा स्थित गांव 41-एलएलडब्ल्यू निवासी 3 वर्षीय नैतिक के दिल का सफल ऑपरेशन जयपुर के नारायणा हॉस्पीटल में किया गया है। ऑपरेशन के बाद अब बच्चा बिलकुल स्वस्थ है और परिजनों और बच्चों के साथ खेल रहा है। सीएमएचओ डॉ. नवनीत शर्मा ने बताया कि जिला कलक्टर कानाराम के निर्देशन में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से आमजन को लाभान्वित किया जा रहा है। इसी के तहत आरबीएसके के तहत खण्ड पीलीबंगा के गांव 41-एलएलडब्ल्यू के रहने वाले 3 वर्षीय बच्चे नैतिक के दिल में छेद का ऑपरेशन गत 26 दिसम्बर को किया गया। डॉ. शर्मा ने बताया कि बचपन से ही नैतिक के दिल में छेद था, जिसकी वजह से वह हमेशा बीमार रहता था। इससे उसका शारीरिक विकास भी नहीं हो रहा था।
डॉ. शर्मा ने बताया कि बच्चों की स्क्रीनिंग में पता लगा कि नैतिक का शारीरिक विकास नहीं हो पा रहा है। नैतिक की चिकित्सकीय जांच में पता चला कि उसके दिल में छेद है, जिसकी वजह से उसकी सांस फूल जाती है और वह अक्सर बीमार ही रहता है। आरबीएसके टीम ने नैतिक के पिता श्री मंगतराम से बात की और बच्चे की बीमारी के बारे में जानकारी दी। बच्चे के पिता ने भी बच्चे की अक्सर बीमार रहने की पुष्टि की। आरबीएसके टीम ने बताया कि बच्चे का इलाज आरबीएसके के तहत राज्य सरकार द्वारा नि:शुल्क किया जाएगा। परिजनों की मंजूरी के बाद नैतिक को ऑपरेशन के लिए जयपुर के नारायणा हॉस्पीटल में भेजा गया, जहां गत 26 दिसम्बर को नैतिक का ऑपरेशन किया गया। ऑपरेशन के बाद 30 दिसम्बर को नैतिक को नॉर्मल वार्ड में शिफ्ट किया गया। कुछ दिन बाद नैतिक को डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया। अपने गांव पहुंचने के बाद नैतिक अब बिल्कुल स्वस्थ है। नैतिक का ऑपरेशन करवाने में पीलीबंगा बीसीएमओ डॉ. मनोज अरोड़ा, डीईआईसी सुनील शर्मा, आरबीएसके टीम के डॉ. श्री प्रकाश, फार्मासिस्ट गुरदयाल, प्रदीप एवं अन्य चिकित्साकर्मियों का सहयोग रहा। नैतिक के पिता मंगतराम ने बताया कि वह ईट-भट्टे पर मजदूरी कर अपनी आजीविका चलाते हैं। दिल में छेद का महंगा ऑपरेशन करवाना उनके बस के बात नहीं थी। उन्होंने आरबीएसके के तहत नैतिक का नि:शुल्क आपरेशन करवाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा को धन्यवाद दिया है।
