JAIPUR: डिग्गी निर्माण का वार्षिक लक्ष्य 5 हजार से बढ़ाकर 10 हजार किया गया है – उद्योग राज्यमंत्री

उद्योग राज्यमंत्री के.के. विश्नोई ने शुक्रवार को विधानसभा में कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस वर्ष के बजट में प्रदेश में कृषि कार्य के लिए डिग्गी निर्माण के वार्षिक लक्ष्य को 5 हजार से बढ़ाकर 10 हजार करने की घोषणा की गई है। उद्योग राज्यमंत्री प्रश्नकाल के दौरान सदस्य द्वारा इस सम्बन्ध में पूछे गए पूरक प्रश्नों का कृषि मंत्री की तरफ से जवाब दे रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व में लॉटरी के आधार पर डिग्गी निर्माण के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने का प्रावधान था। तत्पश्चात अधिक मात्रा में आवेदन प्राप्त होने पर गत वर्षों 2021-22, 2022 -23, 2023-24 एवं 2024-25 के लंबित आवेदन तथा वर्तमान समय के आवेदनों की क्रमानुसार डिग्गी निर्माण हेतु आवंटन प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है।
इससे पहले विधायक शिमला देवी के मूल प्रश्न के लिखित जवाब में उद्योग राज्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विधान सभा क्षेत्र अनूपगढ़ में वर्ष 2023-24 व 2024-25 में अब तक 2408 किसानों ने डिग्गी निर्माण हेतु आवेदन किया। वर्ष 2023-24 व 2024-25 से पूर्व के वर्षो की लम्बित रही पत्रावलियों का विभागीय दिशा निर्देशानुसार आवेदन वरीयता क्रमांक के अनुसार चयन होने के कारण इन वर्षो की पत्रावलियों की स्वीकृति जारी नहीं की जा सकी। उन्होंने बताया कि डिग्गी निर्माण के सीमित लक्ष्य होने के कारण इस अवधि में वर्ष 2023-24 व 2024-25 से पूर्व वर्षो के 467 लम्बित आवेदनों की प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति जारी की गई है। इस प्रकार वर्ष 2023-24 व 2024-25 के प्राप्त 2408 आवेदनों की स्वीकृति जारी किया जाना लम्बित है। इन 2408 आवेदनों की डिग्गी निर्माण हेतु प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति जारी किया जाना शेष है। शेष रहे किसानों की डिग्गी निर्माण हेतु स्वी‍कृति वित्तीय प्रावधानों के अनुरूप जारी की जाएगी।
