अवैध खनन निगरानी समिति की बैठक संपन्न

जिला कलेक्टर कल्पना अग्रवाल की अध्यक्षता में पर्यावरण अनुकूल खनन को बढ़ावा देने एवं अवैध खनन की रोकथाम के लिए जिला स्तरीय खनिज विकास, पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं अवैध खनन निगरानी समिति की बैठक का आयोजन कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में किया गया। बैठक में एडीएम ओमप्रकाश सहारण समेत समिति सदस्य दीपसिंह शेखावत, खनन पट्टाधारी सीताराम अग्रवाल, मोहन सिंह शेखावत, सुनील कुमार यादव, शंकर स्वामी आदि मौजूद रहे। कलेक्टर ने गठित समिति के उद्देश्यों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि उक्त समिति जिले में अवैध खनन/निर्गमन की रोकथाम के लिए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करवाकर अवैध खनन/निर्गमन पर निगरानी करेगी। वृक्षारोपण एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण हेतु आवश्यक कदम उठायेगी। पट्टाधारियों की समस्याओं की सुनवाई कर पट्टाधारियों के खनन गतिविधियों में अन्तर विभागीय व्यवहारिक समस्याओं का निराकरण का कार्य करेगी। वन संरक्षण अधिनियमों, पर्यावरण संरक्षण अधिनियमों एवं अन्य संबंधित नियमों को खनन गतिविधियों में प्रभावी रूप से लागू करेगी। इस दौरान सहायक खनि अभियंता अमीचंद दुहारिया ने समिति की कार्ययोजना के बारे में जानकारी दी।
