शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर ने शिक्षा संकुल परिसर सभागार में आयोजित एक सादा समारोह में बुधवार को नि:शुल्क और अनिवार्य बाल शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2009 की धारा 12(1)(ग) के तहत ऑनलाइन लॉटरी प्रक्रिया का शुभारंभ किया। शैक्षिक सत्र 2025-26 के लिए तीन लाख से अधिक बच्चों को गैर-सरकारी विद्यालयों में नि:शुल्क प्रवेश मिलेगा। राज्य में कुल 34,799 पात्र गैर-सरकारी विद्यालयों के लिए यह लॉटरी निकाली गयी, जिससे लाखों बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा का अवसर मिलेगा। अभिभावक बेव पोर्टल पर आवेदन आईडी व मोबाइल नंबर के माध्यम से अपने बच्चे की वरीयता सूची में स्थिति देख सकते हैं। शिक्षामंत्री ने असहाय वर्ग और अल्पआय वर्ग के बच्चों को नि:शुल्क शिक्षा की सौगात देते हुए ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर क्लिक करते हुए लॉटरी का शुभारंभ किया। लॉटरी द्वारा वरीयता सूची को अभिभावक विद्यालयवार वेबपोर्टल http://www.rajpsp.nic.in/ के होम पेज पर ‘अभ्यार्थी प्राथमिकता क्रम’ पर क्लिक करके देख सकते हैं। यहां आवेदन की आईडी नंबर व मोबाइल नंबर से लॉगिन करके वरीयता क्रमांक सभी आवेदित विद्यालयों में एक साथ देख सकते हैं।
तीन साल से अधिक आवेदन
नि:शुल्क और अनिवार्य बाल शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम 2009 की धारा 12 (1) (ग) के तहत समस्त गैर राजकीय विद्यालयों में नि:शुल्क सीट्स प्रवेश के लिए वरीयता क्रम हेतु ऑनलाइन लॉटरी में तीन लाख से अधिक विद्यार्थियों के नाम शामिल किए गए हैं। नि:शुल्क सीट पर प्रवेश हेतु राज्य में कुल 34,799 पात्र विद्यालय हैं जिनमें आवेदन प्राप्त विद्यार्थियों की संख्या 3,08,064 है। इनमें बालकों की संख्या – 1,61,816, बालिकाओं की संख्या -1,46,241 और कुल थर्ड जेन्डर की संख्या – 7 है।

शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर ने आरटीई लॉटरी के माध्यम से चयनित सभी विद्यार्थियों एवं उनके अभिभावकों को हार्दिक बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग वंचित व अल्पआय वर्ग के बच्चों को नि:शुल्क गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी घोषणा की कि आरटीई से संबंधित परिवादों (अपीलों) के शीघ्र समाधान हेतु विभाग द्वारा एक नया पोर्टल प्रस्तावित किया गया है, जिसमें अभिभावक एवं विद्यालय अपने परिवाद दर्ज कर सकेंगे। यह पोर्टल प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता और त्वरित निस्तारण सुनिश्चित करेगा। इस मौके पर शासन सचिव शिक्षा कृष्ण कुणाल ने चयन प्रक्रिया की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि 9 अप्रैल से 15 अप्रैल, 2025 तक अभिभावक विद्यालयों में वरीयता के अनुसार रिपोर्टिंग कर सकेंगे। चयनित अभ्यर्थियों का 21 अप्रैल तक दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन किया जाना है। इस अवसर पर राज्य परियोजना निदेशक एवं आयुक्त अनुपमा जोरवाल, निदेशक प्रारंभिक शिक्षा सीताराम जाट और अतिरिक्त राज्य परियोजना निदेशक सुरेश कुमार बुनकर सहित विभाग के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
