राज्य सरकार के बजट 2025-26 की घोषणा के अन्तर्गत राज्य सरकार द्वारा राजस्थान अल्पसंख्यक वित्त एवं विकास सहकारी निगम लिमिटेड (आरएमएफडीसीसी) के ऋणियों को राहत प्रदान करने के लिए एक मुश्त समाधान योजना (वन टाइम सेटलमेंट स्कीम) लागू की है। आरएमएफडीसीसी की प्रबंध निदेशक रजनी सी सिंह ने बताया कि इस योजना के दो चरण है तथा वर्तमान में योजना के प्रथम चरण की क्रियान्विति की जानी है। सिंह ने बताया कि प्रथम चरण 1 मई, 2025 से 30 सितम्बर, 2025 तक लागू रहेगा। इस चरण में 31 मार्च, 2024 को ऋणियों में बकाया अतिदेय (ओवरड्यू ) मूलधन का एक मुश्त चुकारा 30 सितंबर, 2025 तक करने पर अतिदेय ब्याज एवं शास्ति (दण्डनीय ब्याज) में शत प्रतिशत छूट प्रदान की जाएगी। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि द्वितीय चरण एक अक्टूबर 2025 से 31 दिसंबर, 2025 तक लागू रहेगा। परंतु इस चरण में 31 मार्च, 2024 को ऋणियों में बकाया अतिदेय मूलधन एवं ब्याज एक मुश्त जमा कराने पर ऋणी की शास्ति (दण्डनीय ब्याज) में शत प्रतिशत छूट प्रदान की जाएगी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्य स्तर पर योजना के क्रियान्वयन की मॉनिटरिंग निगम मुख्यालय द्वारा की जाएगी। इस योजना के क्रियान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई उत्पन्न होने पर या विवाद की स्थिति में प्रबंध निदेशक, राजस्थान अल्पसंख्यक वित्त एवं विकास सहकारी निगम लि., जयपुर का निर्णय अंतिम होगा व सभी पक्षों को मान्य होगा। एक मुश्त समाधान योजना की अधिक जानकारी के लिए संबंधित जिले के जिला अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण अधिकारी से संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
