अभय कमाण्ड परियोजना के तहत राज्य सरकार द्वारा नए जिला मुख्यालयों पर 100 स्थानों तथा जिले के उपखण्ड/पंचायत समिति/नगर परिषद/नगर पालिका क्षेत्र में 50 स्थानों पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए जायेंगे। कोटपूतली जिला मुख्यालय में 100 स्थान चिन्हित करवा लिए गए हैं, जहां कुल 220 सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए जायेंगे। यह कार्य पुलिस विभाग एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और संचार विभाग के समन्वय से मैसर्स टेक्नोसिस इन्टीग्रेटेड सॉल्यूशन प्रा. लि. द्वारा किया जाएगा। कैमरों के लिए पोल व कैमीर इंस्टालेशन एवं मेसर्स सावित्री टेलिकॉम सर्विस द्वारा पोल्स/कैमरों पर इंटरनेट कनेक्टविटी देने का कार्य चल रहा है। इस कार्य के लिए अब तक 56 स्थानों पर फाऊंडेशन तैयार करवाए जाकर कुल 33 पोल भी लगाए जा चुके हैं और इन्टरनेट कनेक्टविटी पहुंचाने के लिए 28 स्थानों का सर्वे कार्य पूरा भी हो चुका है। दूसरी ओर जिले के प्रत्येक उपखण्ड, नगर पालिका व पंचायत समिति स्तर पर सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने के लिए अब तक 80 स्थानों का सर्वे कार्य हो चुका है।
