पनियाला थाना क्षेत्र के धंवाली गांव में एक महिला के गले पर झपट्टा मारकर बदमाशों द्वारा सोने का ओम और ताबीज छीन लिए जाने का मामला सामने आया है। बदमाश इनोवा कार में सवार होकर आए थे। जानकारी के मुताबिक, धंवाली ग्राम स्थित प्रताप नगर दायमा की ढ़ाणी निवासी महिला विद्या देवी अपने मकान के बाहर सडक़ किनारे काम कर रही थी। इसी दौरान एक इनोवा कार वहां आकर रुकी। उसमें से नीचे उतरे एक व्यक्ति ने बूढ़वाल जाने का रास्ता पूछा तो महिला ने उसे बता दिया। इसके बाद वह अपने काम लग गई। तभी उस व्यक्ति ने पीछे से आकर महिला के गले पर झपट्टा मारा और सोने का ओम तथा एक सोने का ताबीज गले से छीनकर अपनी गाड़ी में बैठकर भाग गया। महिला द्वारा शोर मचाने पर आसपास के लोग दौड़ पड़े। लोगों ने मोटरसाईकिल बदमाशों का पीछा भी किया, लेकिन उनका कोई सुराग नहीं लगा। मामले में पनियाला थाना पुलिस का कहना है कि वारदात के संबंध में मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरु कर दी गई है।
