शहर के बसंत प्रभु आदर्श विद्या मंदिर परिसर में विश्व हिंदू परिषद् के जिलाध्यक्ष डा.अश्विनी गोयल के निर्देशन में श्रीकृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की थीम पर बच्चों के लिए राधे-कृष्ण ड्रेस प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में बड़ी संख्या में नन्हें-मुन्ने बच्चे श्रीकृष्ण, राधा, बलराम व सुदामा की पोशाक पहनकर शामिल हुए। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत डिप्टी सीएमएचओ डा.प्रमोद भदौरिया, डा.एसके मीणा, जिलाध्यक्ष डा.अश्विनी गोयल, रामविलास सिंघल ने श्रीकृष्ण के चित्र के समक्ष दीप प्रज्जवलित कर किया। प्रतियोगिता में छोटे-छोटे बच्चों ने विभिन्न परिधानों में मंच पर अपनी मनमोहक प्रस्तुति पेश की। नन्हें प्रतिभागियों ने विशेष किरदारों जैसे कृष्ण, राधा, यशोदा, उद्धव के रूप में अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाकर सबका मन मोह लिया। प्रतियोगिता के दौरान बच्चों के अभिभावकों ने भी प्रतियोगिता का खूब लुत्फ उठाया। अंत में सभी प्रतिभागियों को पुरस्कृत किया गया। जन्माष्टमी की थीम आयोजित इस प्रतियोगिता में नौनिहालों ने सौ फीसदी भागीदारी के साथ अपनी प्रतिभा का जौहर दिखाया। अतिथियों ने विद्यार्थियों को श्रीकृष्ण की बाल लीलाओं का वर्णन करते हुए उनके जीवन से परिचित करवाया। डा.गोयल ने कहा कि मनुष्य को हमेशा अपना कर्म करते रहना चाहिए और उसके फल की चिता नहीं करनी चाहिए। यदि आपने अपना कर्म पूरी निष्ठा से किया है तो आपको उसका फल अवश्य ही मिलेगा।
