समीप के कंवरपुरा ग्राम स्थित कृषि कॉलेज में शनिवार से राष्ट्रीय खेल सप्ताह का आगाज किया गया। एनएसओ प्रभारी डा.नीरज कुमार मीणा ने प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत करते हुए सभी खिलाडिय़ों को शपथ दिलाई। मुख्य अतिथि कॉलेज के डीन डा.सुरेन्द्र सिंह ने खेल को खेल भावना से खेलने का आग्रह करते हुए कहा कि खेलों से जीवन में अनुशासन, टीम भावना और नेतृत्व के गुण विकसित होते हैं। इस दौरान कबड्डी में टीम हिमांशु, बॉलीवॉल में टीम गोपाल विजेता रही। एकल बैडमिंटन में मोहित और रिंकू विजेता रही। शतरंज में मनीष व प्रियंका ने बाजी मारी। लेमन रेस में दीक्षिता व म्यूजिकल चेयर में निकिता शर्मा ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया। रस्साकसी में टीम हिमांशु विजेता रही। इस मौके पर डा.डीके बैरवा, डा.प्रवीण पिलानिया, डा.सुशीला एचरा, ओमेश कुमार, दीपक कुमार सैनी समेत अनेक लोग मौजूद रहे।
