कोटपूतली के राजकीय एलबीएस पीजी कॉलेज में मंगलवार को महिला प्रकोष्ठ के अंतर्गत छात्राओं को सेल्फ डिफेंस का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। इस दौरान महिला पुलिस कांस्टेबल सरोज एवं नरेश ने छात्राओं को खुद की सुरक्षा के लिए डेमो दिया और उसके बाद छात्राओं से अभ्यास भी करवाया। सरोज ने थाने में प्राप्त शिकायतों का उदाहरण देते हुए छात्राओं को साहसी बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया। नरेश ने शारीरिक छेड़छाड के प्रति जीरो टोलरेन्स अपनाने के लिए एवं तुरंत फुर्ती से प्रति उत्तर देने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार के तरीकों को समझाया। इससे पहले प्राचार्य डा.आरके सिंह ने छात्राओं को समाज में आगे आने हेतु प्रेरित किया। कार्यक्रम में महिला प्रकोष्ठ की संयोजिका डा.शौभा जौहरी, डा.पदमा मीणा, डा.बबीता, डा.शिवांगी भट्ट, ज्योति पाठक, कोमल शर्मा, निशा एवं कीर्ति बुनकर सहित अन्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
