कुछ पार्षदों ने किया हंगामा, लगाए कई तरह के आरोप

नगर परिषद् कोटपूतली की साधारण सभा की बैठक बुधवार को सभापति पुष्पा सैनी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुई। बैठक में क्षेत्रीय विधायक हंसराज पटेल भी शामिल हुए। बैठक काफी हंगामेदार रही, जिसमें अनेक पार्षदों ने विभिन्न कार्यों को लेकर कई तरह के आरोप भी जड़े। मीटिंग में पार्षदों ने विधायक के सामने नगर परिषद् पर घोटाले और भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगाए और कहा कि पिछला बजट कहां खर्च हुआ और क्या-क्या काम हुए, किसी को पता नहीं। विधायक हंसराज पटेल ने कहा कि मीटिंग में सभी पार्षदों ने खुलकर अपनी बातें रखी। विकास को लेकर सभी पार्षद एकजुट हैं और उनकी मंशा के अनुसार ही शहर के विकास को गति दी जाएगी। ज्ञात रहे कि नगर परिषद् बनने के बाद यह तीसरी बजट बैठक थी, जिसमें कुल 4 अरब 10 करोड़ 48 लाख रुपए का बजट पारित किया गया। इससे न केवल शहर के 40 वार्डों, बल्कि नगर परिषद् में शामिल हुई 15 ग्राम पंचायतों में भी विकास के कार्य हो सकेंगे। नगर परिषद् आयुक्त धर्मपाल जाट ने बताया कि बजट के अनुसार सडक़-नालियों सहित सीवरेज, रोशनी, उद्यान, पार्क-बगीचे, सोलर लाइटों, सफाई व्यवस्था जैसे विभिन्न तरह के कार्य कराए जायेंगे।
बजट में नए इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर फोकस
अबकी बार पारित किए गए बजट में जिले को ध्यान में रखते हुए कई तरह के नए कार्यों को शामिल किया गया है। इसमें नए इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से लेकर युवाओं और महिलाओं सहित आमजन के लिए अनेक तरह की सुविधाएं विकसित की जायेंगी। आयुक्त धर्मपाल जाट ने बताया कि मॉडल अग्रिशमन केंद्र के लिए 3 करोड़ रुपए, 5 वाईफाई युक्त पुस्तकालय के लिए 1 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए जायेंगे। साथ ही 15 करोड़ की लागत से 10 मॉडल अरबन स्ट्रीट भी बनाए जायेंगे, जिसमें ड्रेन, फुटपाथ, स्ट्रीट लाईट, ग्रीन बफर, सॉलिड वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी। इसी तरह 5 करोड़ से ग्रीन कोरिडोर बनाया जाएगा। मॉडल चोपाटी पर 2 करोड़ रुपए खर्च होंगे। शहर के विभिन्न स्थानों पर 1 करोड़ की लागत से 10 बस स्टैंड बनाए जायेंगे। इसके अलावा 15 करोड़ की लागत से मॉडल मल्टीलेवल पार्किंग और 5 करोड़ से 2 मॉडल पार्क बनाए जायेंगे। बजट में सोलर लाईट निर्माण के लिए 5 करोड़, आधुनिक प्रणाली से डोर टू डोर कचरा संग्रहण पर 6 करोड़, सार्वजनिक शौंचालय एवं मूत्रालय पर 2 करोड़, लिगेसी वेस्ट निस्तारण निर्माण पर 5 करोड़, स्टाफ क्वार्टर पर 3 करोड़ तथा सोलर प्लांट पर 5 करोड़ रुपए का प्रावधान किया गया है। जाट ने बताया कि बानसूर और गोपालपुरा रोड़ को आदर्श सडक़ घोषित की जाएगी और उसके निर्माण पर 15 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए जायेंगे।
सभी पार्षदों को मिलेंगे लैपटॉप
