राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के अंतर्गत लाभ प्राप्त करने वाले अपात्र व्यक्ति के लिये खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग द्वारा ‘गिव अप’ अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। विभाग ने इस अभियान को आगामी 31 मार्च, 2025 तक संचालित करने का फैसला किया गया है। जिला रसद अधिकारी त्रिलोकचंद मीणा ने बताया कि जिला कलक्टर डॉ. जितेन्द्र कुमार सोनी के निर्देशानुसार जयपुर में गिव अप अभियान का सफल संचालन किया जा रहा है। अभियान के तहत 2 मार्च तक 5 हजार 952 परिवार राशन कार्डों की 23 हजार 96 यूनिट्स को खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची से पृथक कर दिया गया है। वहीं, जयपुर में योजना के 244 अपात्र व्यक्तियों को स्वेच्छा से खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची से अपना नाम हटवाने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि 31 मार्च 2025 तक स्वेच्छा से अपना नाम खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची से हटवाने वाले व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही नहीं की जायेगी। शास्ति की गणना 27 रुपये प्रति किलोग्राम के अनुसार खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची में नाम अंकित होने की तिथि से नाम हटाने की तिथि तक उप व्यक्ति द्वारा जितना खाद्यान्न प्राप्त किया गया है, अनुसार की जाकर मय ब्याज वसूली की जाएगी। जिला कलक्टर के निर्देशानुसार ऐसे कार्मिकों की सूचियां तैयार की जा रही हैं एवं ऐसे कार्मिकों के संबंधित विभागों को वसूली की राशि कार्मिक के मासिक वेतन से कटौती करने हेतु लिखा जावेगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि गिव अप अभियान के अन्तर्गत खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची की निष्कासन श्रेणी में सम्मिलित परिवार यथा ऐसे परिवार जिनमें कोई भी एक सदस्य सरकारी, अर्द्ध सरकारी, स्वायत्तशासी संस्थाओं में नियमित कर्मचारी या अधिकारी हो अथवा 1 लाख रुपये वार्षिक से अधिक पेंशन प्राप्त करता हो अथवा जिसके सभी सदस्यों की कुल आय 1 लाख रुपये वार्षिक से अधिक हो या निजी चौपहिया वाहन धारक या आयकरदाता हो सम्मिलित है, को प्रेरित कर खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची से अपना नाम स्वेच्छा से पृथक करवाए जाने हेतु आवेदन करवाया जा रहा है। उल्लेखनीय है कि जयपुर शहर में अब तक हजारों परिवारों द्वारा गिव अप अभियान के अन्तर्गत आवेदन कर अपना नाम खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची से हटवाया गया है। पूर्व में उक्त अभियान की अन्तिम तिथि 31 मार्च 2025 तक बढ़ाया जाकर अपात्र व्यक्तियों को स्वेच्छा से अपना नाम खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची से हटवाये जाने हेतु अवसर प्रदान किया गया है।
