ग्रामीणों ने एसडीएम को सौंपा ज्ञापन

समीप के शुक्लावास गांव में भूमि कंवर्जन में फर्जीवाड़े का मामला तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है। ग्राम शुक्लावास की नदी के पास स्थित भूमि को फर्जी तरीके से औद्योगिक रूपांतरण में बदले जाने के खिलाफ ग्रामीणों ने एसडीएम बृजेश चौधरी को ज्ञापन सौंपा और रुपांतरण निरस्त करने की मांग की। सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता राधेश्याम शुक्लावास ने बताया कि पवाना अहीर के खातेदार रामजीलाल, रामकरण और हनुमान की कृषि भूमि का गलत तरीके से औद्योगिक रुपांतरण कराया गया। तहसील कार्यालय की जांच में सामने आया कि इस भूमि तक पहुंचने का कोई वैध रास्ता नहीं है, जबकि दस्तावेजों में गैर-मुमकिन चारागाह भूमि को रास्ता दिखाया गया है। इसके अलावा, आरटीआई से खुलासा हुआ कि औद्योगिक कंवर्जन के लिए आवश्यक ग्राम पंचायत की एनओसी भी फर्जी है। बावजूद इसके, खनन माफिया यहां अवैध क्रेशर स्थापित करने की फिराक में हैं। मंदिर भूमि पर अवैध रुप से रास्ता बनाकर बेदखली आदेशों की अवहेलना की जा रही है।
फिर मिला जांच व कार्रवाई का भरोसा
एसडीएम बृजेश चौधरी ने ज्ञापन लेकर कहा कि पूरे मामले की जांच कर नोटिस जारी किए जाएंगे। इससे पहले भी कोटपूतली व पावटा में ऐसे कई अवैध कंवर्जन रद्द किए गए हैं। राधेश्याम शुक्लावास ने चेतावनी दी कि अगर जल्द ही कंवर्जन रद्द नहीं किया गया और मंदिर भूमि से अवैध रास्ते को हटाया नहीं गया तो ग्रामीण तहसील कार्यालय पर धरना देंगे। इस दौरान ग्यारसी लाल आर्य, दाताराम यादव, कृष्ण रावत, सुरेश यादव, ख्याली राम यादव, विक्रम यादव, दलीप पहलवान सहित कई ग्रामीण उपस्थित रहे।
