प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने रविवार को ‘मन की बात’ कार्यक्रम के 116वें संस्करण में देशवासियों को संबोधित किया। मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने भी प्रधानमंत्री के सम्बोधन को सुना। इस दौरान राज्यसभा सांसद मदन राठौड़,  राधामोहन दास अग्रवाल भी उपस्थित रहे। प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अपने संबोधन में एनसीसी दिवस की चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि एनसीसी युवाओं में अनुशासन, नेतृत्व और सेवा की भावना पैदा करती है। जब भी कहीं कोई आपदा होती है, वहाँ, मदद करने के लिए एनसीसी कैडेट्स पहुंच जाते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि एनसीसी कैडेट्स की संख्या बढ़कर 20 लाख से भी अधिक हो गई है। साथ ही, गर्ल्स कैडेट की संख्या भी 25 प्रतिशत से बढ़कर 40 प्रतिशत हो गई है। उन्होंने युवाओं से अधिक से अधिक संख्या में एनसीसी से जुड़ने का आग्रह किया।

युवा दिवस पर आयोजित होगा ‘यंग लीडर्स डायलॉग’

मोदी ने कहा कि विकसित भारत के निर्माण में युवाओं की बहुत अहम भूमिका है। युवा जब एकजुट होकर देश के विकास के लिए मंथन करते हैं तो इसके ठोस परिणाम सामने आते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अगले साल स्वामी विवेकानंद जी की 162वीं जयंती (राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस) पर 11-12 जनवरी को दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में युवा विचारों का महाकुंभ ‘यंग लीडर्स डायलॉग’ होने जा रहा है, जिसमें देशभर से करोड़ों युवा भाग लेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं को राजनीति से जोड़ने के लिए ‘विकसित भारत यंग लीडर्स डायलॉग’ भी एक ऐसा ही प्रयास है ।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे देश के युवा बुजुर्गों की सहायता करने के लिए आगे आ रहे हैं। उन्हें तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम तथा जागरूक बनाकर मोबाइल से भुगतान, जरूरी सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ लेने तथा साइबर क्राइम से बचाव में मदद कर रहे हैं। मोदी ने कहा कि जहां स्वच्छता होती है, वहां, लक्ष्मी जी का वास होता है। हमारे यहाँ ‘कचरे से कंचन’ का विचार बहुत पुराना है। देश के कई हिस्सों में ‘युवा’ बेकार समझी जाने वाली चीजों को लेकर, कचरे से कंचन बना रहे हैं।  प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि मैंने अपनी गयाना यात्रा के दौरान देखा कि भारतीय मूल के लोग राजनीति, व्यापार, शिक्षा और संस्कृति के हर क्षेत्र में गयाना का नेतृत्व कर रहे हैं। गयाना के राष्ट्रपति डॉ. इरफान अली भी भारतीय मूल के हैं, जो, अपनी भारतीय विरासत पर गर्व करते हैं।

‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान में पांच महीने में ही लगे सौ करोड़ पेड़

मोदी ने ‘एक पेड़ मां के नाम’ अभियान की चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि देश-भर से नागरिकों की उत्साहपूर्ण भागीदारी से इस अभियान ने सिर्फ पांच महीने में ही सौ करोड़ पेड़ लगाने का अहम पड़ाव पार कर लिया है। अब यह अभियान दुनिया के दूसरे देशों में भी फैल रहा है। मेरी गयाना यात्रा के दौरान वहां के राष्ट्रपति ने अपने परिवार सहित इस अभियान में हिस्सा लिया। प्रधानमंत्री ने राज्य के जैसलमेर में बने अनोखे रिकॉर्ड के बारे में बताते हुए कहा कि वहां महिलाअें की एक टीम ने एक घंटे में 25 हजार पेड़ लगाए। अभियान के तहत कई संस्थाएं औषधीय पौधे लगा रहीं हैं, तो कहीं, चिड़ियों का बसेरा बनाने के लिए पेड़ लगाए जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री  भजनलाल शर्मा ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी के ‘मन की बात’ में उद्बोधन सदैव देशवासियों के लिए प्रेरणादायी होते हैं। उनको सुनकर सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार होता है और देश के लिए समर्पण भावना बढ़ती है।
