मां की ममता उस समय शर्मसार होती नजर आई, जब गुरुवार शाम को यहां के राजकीय बीडीएम अस्पताल के पालना गृह में कोई व्यक्ति एक नवजात बच्ची को छोड़ गया। बच्ची की रोने की आवाज सुनकर अस्पताल के नर्सिंगकर्मियों ने तुरंत उसे उपचार के लिए भर्ती किया और इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी। पुलिस अब नवजात की मां की तलाश में जुट गई है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, बीडीएम अस्पताल के पालना गृह के आसपास मौजूद लोगों को किसी बच्चे के रोने की आवाज आई। इस पर तुरंत इसकी सूचना नर्सिंगकर्मियों को दी गई। आसपास मौजूद लोगों से पूछताछ की गई तो सभी ने बच्ची के बारे में जानने से इनकार कर दिया। नर्सिंगकर्मियों ने बच्ची को अस्पताल में भर्ती कर उसका उपचार शुरु किया। फिलहाल बच्ची की हालत ठीक है और उसे एसएनसीयूआई यूनिट में भर्ती किया गया है। पुलिस नवजात बच्ची को छोडक़र जाने वाले व्यक्ति की तलाश शुरु कर दी है। थानाधिकारी राजेश शर्मा का कहना है कि सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस भेज दी गई थी। अब महिला या उसके परिजनों के बारे में जानकारी मिलने पर उनके विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
