मुख्य सचिव सुधांश पंत ने मंगलवार को ‘राइजिंग राजस्थान’ ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टमेंट समिट—2024 के दौरान हस्ताक्षरित एमओयू के क्रियान्वयन की प्रगति का आकलन करने के लिए हुई पाक्षिक समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। इस बैठक में पंत ने केवल 3 महीने में 2.25 लाख करोड़ रुपये के एमओयू को कार्यान्वयन के स्तर तक पहुंचाने के लिए सभी अधिकारियों को बधाई दी और कहा कि सतत निगरानी और विभिन्न विभागों के बीच समन्वय और आपसी तालमेल की बदौलत यह मील का पत्थर हासिल हो सका है।
निवेशकों को उपयुक्त भूखंड उपलब्ध कराने के बारे में मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि निवेशकों की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार सभी संभावित विकल्पों पर विचार किया जाए और नियमानुसार भूमि आवंटन प्रक्रिया को सरल और त्वरित किया जाए। इस प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सुव्यवस्थित करने के लिए श्री पंत ने जमीन आवंटन से जुड़े सभी विभागों को अपने विभाग की संबंधित नियमावली अन्य विभागों के साथ साझा करने का निर्देश दिया। भूमि को बहुमूल्य संसाधन बताते हुए श्री पंत ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि निवेशकों द्वारा मांगी गई भूमि को परियोजना की आवश्यकता और सरकारी दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार आवंटित किया जाए।
बैठक में मुख्य सचिव ने सभी संबंधित विभागों के प्रमुखों को एमओयू के क्रियान्वयन की नियमित समीक्षा करने का निर्देश दिया और कहा कि वैसे निवेशकों को प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए जो राज्य में अपनी परियोजना लगाने के हेतु गंभीर हैं और प्राथमिकता के आधार पर उन्हें आवश्यक संसाधन और जमीन उपलब्ध करायी जाये। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि निवेश प्रस्तावों के क्रियान्वयन हेतु मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा द्वारा निर्धारित की गयी त्रि-स्तरीय समीक्षा प्रणाली, सतत निगरानी और एमओयू को धरातल पर उतारने के लिए किए जा रहे निरंतर प्रयासों की बदौलत केवल 3 महीने में ही ₹2.25 लाख करोड़ के एमओयू को अमल में लाया गया है।
गौरतलब है कि गत वर्ष 9-11 दिसंबर को आयोजित सम्मेलन के दौरान सरकार ने 35 लाख करोड़ रुपये के रिकॉर्ड निवेश प्रस्तावों पर हस्ताक्षर किए थे। बैठक में ऊर्जा विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आलोक, जल संसाधन विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव अभय कुमार, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव अजिताभ शर्मा, राजस्व विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव दिनेश कुमार, स्वायत्त शासन विभाग के प्रमुख शासन सचिव राजेश यादव, शहरी विकास विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव वैभव गालरिया, खान विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव टी. रविकांत, रीको की प्रबंध निदेशक शिवांगी स्वर्णकार, बीआईपी के अतिरिक्त आयुक्त सौरभ स्वामी सहित राजस्थान सरकार के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
