राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग, अजमेर द्वारा दिनांक 17 मई, 2025 (शनिवार) को जनसम्पर्क अधिकारी परीक्षा-2024 (सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क विभाग) का आयोजन किया जाएगा। परीक्षा का आयोजन प्रातः 11 बजे से दोपहर 1ः30 बजे तक किया जाएगा। जयपुर में परीक्षा के लिए 75 केन्द्र बनाए गए हैं जिनमें 19 हजार 318 अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होंगे। अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर (जयपुर शहर-पूर्व) गोपाल सिंह शेखावत ने बताया कि परीक्षा के सुचारू एवं सफल संचालन के लिये कलक्ट्रेट के कमरा नम्बर 116 में एक नियंत्रण कक्ष की स्थापना की गई है जिसका संचालन 15 मई, 2025 से 17 मई 2025 तक किया जाएगा। नियंत्रण कक्ष 15 मई एवं 16 मई 2025 तक प्रातः 9ः30 बजे से सांय 6 बजे तक कार्य करेगा। वहीं, 17 मई को प्रातः 9 बजे से परीक्षा समाप्ति उपरान्त नियंत्रण कक्ष से संबंधित समस्त कार्य पूर्ण होने तक कार्य करेगा। परीक्षा के सफल आयोजन के लिए 29 उप समन्वयक एवं 15 उड़नदस्तों की नियुक्ति की गई है।

उन्होंने बताया कि जयपुर स्थित परीक्षा केन्द्रों के लिए नियंत्रण कक्ष का दूरभाष नम्बर 0141-2206699 रहेगा। उक्त नियंत्रण कक्ष पर जयपुर में स्थापित किये गए परीक्षा केन्द्रों से संबंधित जानकारियां प्रदान की जाएंगी एवं जयपुर स्थित परीक्षा केन्दों से संबंधित शिकायतों का निस्तारण किया जाएगा। परीक्षा के आयोजन के लिए पुलिस, नगर निगम, यातायात पुलिस, शिक्षा विभाग, चिकित्सा विभाग, नागरिक सुरक्षा विभाग, विद्युत विभाग, रोडवेज, जेसीटीसीएल सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी गई हैं।
